Brooklyn Pizza Union — Restaurant in Union

If there was a 0 Star then this place would get it. We’ve ordered here multiple times, every time hoping the customer service would get better and we’re proven wrong. Today on 1/29 we ordered wings and mozzarella sticks. My husband placed his order at 430pm. It is now 557pm the driver just arrived and he had a girl passenger with him. He gave us the wrong order, when my husband called to tell him the order is wrong the driver then started telling my husband that he was wrong, as if we didn’t know what we just waited over an hour for. He then returned with the correct order, I am now on hold with a girl who says she has no manager and there is nothing she can do. She first used the excuse of “we’re very busy” but couldn’t tell us when we ordered that delivery would take an hour and a half. This place is unprofessional and an embarrassment to pizzarias and business in union. They will never get our service again and as a union resident I will make sure to spare my family and friends the headache and...

We gave this place a shot after receiving the menu in the mail. Normally, we order from mikeys which is awesome, but had heard good things. Unfortunately, we were incredibly disappointed and still hungry afterwards. We tried the chicken marsala and found it bland, lacking sauce and generally not filling. The pasta served with it was no better. We also tried the chicken margarita pizza. The crust was very thin. The small pizza would've been sufficent for one, but it definitely wasn't enough for two people. The best part of the meal were the garlic knots that came with it. Overall, this place was terrible. I eat from here atleast once or twice a week and everything is usually good one day I ordered and paid and by the time I got back in the area they were closed .. I came there the next day and informed the guy that I had paid last night and showed him the payment on my phone he ga e me the nastiest attitude and acted like I had to lie about ordering food the night before saying show him the receipt one minute he said I didn't order next minute he tried to say he didn't remember if u ATE MY FOOD JUST SAY THAT BUT DONT LIE ON ME .
