Updated Review: I got a call from Leidy the store manager and she apologized for the negative experience I had. She was very patient and helped me find an alternative undergarment option for me. After I received the garment via mail, she followed up with me about the garment and if I liked it or not.

Original Review: I went to this store on 10/7 to purchase a garment for my wedding dress. As soon as I got there I had to wait almost 10 min to be helped because they were helping someone else and when they finally got to helping me they were rushing to help me because they would be closing soon. The emoployee that helped me kept asking me for my wedding dress and I told her several times I need the undergarment so I can get my dress altered. She then proceeded to show me a few options ; I tried on a few undergarments there was one I specifically I really liked, and when I said I would take it she then told they don't have my size. I ended up leaving empty handed...

When I got home I decided to check what else they had at their online store, I ordered an undergarment and paid for the shipping. On Saturday 10/9 I called to speak to someone about the status of my order since I hadn't received any order status or shipping info (I paid for next day), I was told the person that handles orders was not in and it didn't show any order status so I would get a call on Monday 10/11 with more information. Now it is 10/11 and I decided to call to check on the order, I speak to Daniela and she tells me that the person in charge (no idea who that is) has been trying to reach me for weeks via email and that since I never replied they just refunded me this morning. I asked Daniela it was impossible I was being contacted for weeks if I only ordered this on Thursday night and I never got any email or call from them. She put me on hold again, "checked again", and said she doesn't know how I was contacted but that I was just refunded this morning and to expect the money back by the end of the week.

The reason for my two star review is for the horrible customer service I received from this place on several occcassions, which is very disappointing and I will not be shopping here any for any occassion just so I don't have to deal...

My 1st experience with The Pink Room was back in 2017. I lost some weight and went back in 2019. Fast forward to 2024, I lost some more weight and I came back to The Pink Room! I went to the Union, NJ store and my experience was most pleasurable!

My salespersons name was Camilla and she was so knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns. I wanted to be snatched and NOT LOOK LIKE a burst can of biscuits! She took out her trusty tape measure and went to work to find my size and color of the garment that I chose. Unfortunately, they were out of stock in Union, but had it on Elizabeth. I didn't feel like doing the extra driving with traffic and parking. We lucked up and found one in a different color. I tried it on and I DIDN'T LOOK LIKE A BUSTED CAN OF BISCUITS!

I also tried on one of those bras that are all over social media. OMG! When I tell you, I had the surgery shape without having surgery! Overall, this experience was the absolute best one! This shapewear is NOT like the ones on social media. A little more expensive but it's so worth it!

Camilla helped make me feel CONFIDENT and COMFORTABLE. So much so, I forgot that I wasn't clothed and I was walking around in my garment. Yes, there was a full public view! 🤷🏾‍♀️ OH WELL! 🤣

When I left, I had my measurements on a card, my items in a cute reusable bag, and a smile on my face!

Wow! I can't express in words how excited that my coworker found The Pink Room online so we decided to visit them today 10/22/22. You are greeted as soon as walking into the door. I believe the lady name is Camille that assisted the both of us. I am getting ready for my daughter's wedding in December. I had no expectations when deciding to go, however when I walked inside I was truly surprised how clean and organized the store was. They made me feel welcome and they weren't judgmental. I was taken to a dressing room where I was measured and Camille came back with options for me. I thought there was no way I could fit the garment she brought for me to try on. It looked like the size of someone about a size 8. I didn't know that she would assist me in getting into the garment. Can I say that shaper Snatched my soul and I swear I am about 2 sizes smaller. It was a beautiful experience. I recommend you go there to see for yourself how great and professional they truly are. I will be back before the wedding to pick out a different garment. I walked out of the store wearing the one I purchased. When I tell you for a plus size woman I felt and looked absolutely beautiful! Please don't think they won't have your size, you will be presently surprised. Thank you...
