The GYM For Kids — Local services in Union

I never wanted to deal with this business again, which is why I didn't post a review after my experience. I typically avoid writing reviews because I believe that mistakes can happen and situations can be rectified. However, this business left me with no choice. I find their practices questionable.

This is my experience and opinion. About a year ago, I withdrew my daughters from this place after reporting inappropriate behavior from an instructor toward a child. They did not take my concerns seriously and decided to keep the money that I had overpaid when I booked the class, stating that their only option was to offer a credit for another class. I completed the class paid for and did not sign up for another class. They kept what I overpaid as a “credit” Now, almost a year since, they still have my credit card information and are fraudulently charging me. I have reported this to my credit card company.

I urge anyone dealing with this business to be vigilant about their child's safety and to monitor their credit card accounts closely. As a parent of a child with a disability, I am always attentive and aware. It's disheartening to see many parents putting all their trust on a business to later be dismissed when you raise up a concern. Because I have a child with a disability, I always pay attention! I urge you to ALWAYS pay attention!

To reply to your response post… I have proof of your not doing anything about my report of the inappropriate behavior from your instructor. I also recorded my daughters every time I went. I WILL provide all communication to the appropriate authorities if required. It is your job not to dismiss concerns but to look into them for the safety of children! Or else don't work with them! I have the right to voice my experience and opinion publicly about a business that deals with the public and I will not be silenced by your threats and intimidation tactics! Somewhat Ok to rent. Here are my problems: -They told me to Arrive at 2:30. I was able to get in until 2:50 to start my decorations. -The two young ladies are very extremely lazy and slow. They don’t really help. I was disappointed my husband & I rented this place out they tell us when to sing happy birthday, when to eat etc. Not all kids eat at the same time. Not sure why I could not sing Happy Birthday and let them play w.e! So many parents there and did not like that said wouldnt host a party here. How complicated!
