McDonald's — Restaurant in University Heights

On May 23 there was a mobile order put in and when I pulled into my spot to let them know I was there they left me outside for 15 mins. The lady said because they are short staff I said okay she told me I can pull back to my spot and get food which I did. The brought out my food but not my mango pineapple smoothie they lady who brought out the food said she will go back and get it. After sitting there for 10 more mins I asked the guy in the window he said the machine is down and there trying to get it up and running will you would think If McDonalds wanted to keep a customer they would tell you these things without you having to ask. I told him I have to be to work Im running late now because I am pregnant the mango pineapple smoothie has been helping me when Im dehydrated in the morning.

May 24 I come back in the morning the lady was same lady in the morning rude she knew who I was because I spoke to her yesterday and leaving me out there for 15 mins she didnt want to give me what I was Missing today I showed her the transaction off my phone telling her what I had she said she short staff I cant make your item right now. Like what kind of customer service is that she then slammed the window on me and the guy in the window from yesterday who told me to come back he has a bread with glasses in works am. I even told them this is who I talked to they didnt care they didnt want to help I sat there and cried because all I wanted was my smoothie I didnt even care about the food and to be treating someone pregnant like this they should be ashamed of themselves literally. Worst McDonald's experience ever. First off I was nice and polite the entire time even when I was pissed when I left. Waited 25 mins inside on my take out order a double quarter meal with upgraded drink to a frappe about $16 meal when I got my food while standing at the counter I checked the bag and it was a single not a double then waited another 10 mins for the frappe and when received it was a small a few minutes later I got the correct burger after I ate my fries finished the burger and waited another 25 minutes for the frappe to have them tell me the machine was down never to ask if I wanted anything else instead I was still waiting there to then get a medium frappe that was really just big chunks of ice I didn't care I just wanted them to look at the time I ordered on the kiosk that was printed on the ticket on the bag which said 8:22 and a worker then proceeded to ask who's bags are these and said we aren't maids to me I said what was I supposed to do look how long I have been waiting I ordered it to go she said learn to clean up after myself. I literally just walked out at 9:20 so I basically waited an hour for a takeout and then told I need to learn how to clean up after myself like I guess I should have let my food sit and hour in the bag waiting for my drink. I really am taken back and if McDonald's manager sees this please check the cameras and times and watch the whole thing and you will see I am telling this as straight up as possible and you have a problem at this location Btw this was after I worked all day 12 hrs in construction and was the first thing I was eating for the day and still watch and see I was still polite...

Came here last night. Ordered on the app, got to the restaurant. Waited in their long 30 min line because I couldn’t cancel the mobile order. Went through the drive through, gave them my code finally got to the window. I was then told to park and then they would bring my food out to me cars next to me we’re already complaining about sitting there for 30-40 mins getting out of their cars and walking up to the drive through walking in-between other waiting cars. Sat there for 10-mins thinking they would be coming out soon with my order but an hour goes past and still no food?! I get out my car walk to the window tell them that I had been waiting for almost a hour didn’t seem to care (not shocked). The girl at the drive through window says we got your Order here. Gives me a random bag of food that obviously wasn’t mine give them my receipt confirming that I wasn’t mine didn’t get my receipt back go back to my car to wait again. Comeback five minutes later then say we closed we can’t make your food! If that was the case you should’ve told me to leave 30 or maybe 40 minutes ago so I could go somewhere else waisted an hour of my life that I won’t be getting back. Big girl named diamond rudely dismissed me and told me to leave and go home because we’re closed without offering my money back had to demand that I get my money back.
