Love the decor, music and vibes are there.. always a movie to watch and they will put something on for the kids if you ask.. that was pretty cool.. the manager Kim and her assistant Taylor were really great! They were quick, professional, and friendly! Both had great pizza recommendations.. I've received no response from Zalat after trying for a week to get my money back.

I ordered a pizza on Halloween. 1 hr 45 min wait (expected, since it's Halloween). When I got there I was told the system skipped my order number. I have my email receipt and my account shows I was charged. There was no offer made to remedy the situation (I do understand that they were incredibly busy). Ended up walking next door for a sandwich instead.

Edited to add: They responded saying to email them for a resolution. I’ve emailed them not once, not twice, but three with no response. Don’t expect any resolutions or any type of customer service from them in general :)

Update: after the edit above they reached out to me from a completely different email address than the one they gave me and gave me a full refund. Still never going back....
