Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with this store. I am a 30 year old mom who looks like she’s 16 and unfortunately because I look so young I did not get greeted or served. I went in to pick up my mothers pottery I ordered her for Christmas and multiple people came in after me and were assisted before me. Finally when helped the sales person assisting me seemed bothered and annoyed that I was there to pay and have my items shipped… rolled her eyes a few times. Not once did I get a receipt or told how much I was being charged. A part of my order was still on its way and was told I would get a call when my card was charged and it would be shipped (that’s after my husband had to call and ask) I was never called and my card was charged.

I was so disappointed to find out that while bride and groom received the gift they had no idea who the gift was from because the gift message I wrote was not included. This is incredibly frustrating, as the message was an essential part of the gift, meant to convey my heartfelt congratulations on their special day.
