If I could give this store a negative score I would. Every single time we havr ordered pizza in the last 2 years the order is 100% of the time wrong. Today 10-6 I ordered 1 family size thick crust pepperoni and olives(shouldn't be to hard to make... wrong), and a 1/2 half olives, mushroom and sausage 1/2 garden vegi thick crust ( again shouldn't be that hard). Get there and neither were thick crust and the garden vegi was the flipping gourmet vegi which I specifically told the kid who answered the phone to please make sure that it was the gourmet. So we get there neither are thick crust, the vegi is the gourmet vegi...The girl behind the register was frustrated trying to rering everything a person with a black shirt came over and was telling her which buttons to push then told me they have to charge an extra dollar for the thick crust. I said I don't care I just wanted thick crust. As our order was being made another customer came in and had the same issue of his pizza being wrong. He told them "this happens everytime I come here". Good to know it's just not us who has issues... there was another person wearing a black shirt and both of them were arguing back and forth. This store could make a lot of money if they could get the team better. I would put money on it that their sales are down. The employees always seem lethargic. I think the district manager needs to go in as a customer and just watch they would...
Read moreVery awful customer service. The workers are like robots and uneducated. My experience has been okay for the kind of food that is sold there. One of the workers- is blantly racist and discrimination is alive. We all know how small these stores can be and to be stared at the whole time waiting was offensive enough but i had bought and paid for my order. But i had to go to the freezer to get my cheese bread after two other people had ran through it touching the salad and cheesy bread and no one said a word. But for some reason i went to pick out mine and picked up one to check the date and the girl working there began to shout loudly: we have to throw the salad and bread out as i touched one. But the customers befor me whom were Caucasian im west indian touched all over them even the one i took and nothing. Sad days we live in where racisim is still alive and the reality of the true beast is unknown to the masses. But their days are numbered.. Boycott this papa murphys on 35th bridgeport as this has to stop. # boycot papa Murphy's in...
Read moreWe just stopped by the University Place location as it is the closest to our home. We usually have a great experience and service in the past has always been pleasant. Today we didn’t have our usual experience. The girl working around 1pm this Saturday was not welcoming. She tossed our pizza on the counter and rudely told my husband the breadsticks were behind him after he mentioned we did have that with our order. As a previous manager of two papa Murphy locations in Utah you can never just assume the customer knows where the sides are or that they can just grab them. Also how you present the pizza to the customer says a lot about the restaurant itself. Just because we take it home and cook it the warm welcoming atmosphere should be the moment the customer walks in until the moment they walk out. We will still come to this location but it’s a good reminder to the staff to always treat customers like it’s their first time experiencing your product and make sure they have a good experience so they will want...
