Yea, it's time for a review. A month ago, our to-go order included taquitos. They forgot the salsa and avocado sauce. I called them and they said come on back, a 15 minute drive. When I got there, I asked that they make a fresh set of taquitos and I brought original order. After talking it over amongst themselves for a few minutes, conferring with the cook, they finally said yes. As I was leaving, I asked for something for my troubles, like throw in the old order of taquitos instead of chucking them in the trash. Nope, that's not how they roll (pun intended), so tough luck. I said Ok. Today, (didn't learn my lesson, but gave them the benefit of the doubt) we ordered two chicken salads, to-go. After a 15 minute drive home, guess what, they forgot all of the dressing. We called them and they said to come back. We replied that it was not worth the 15 minute drive each way. Lady said that she'll throw in an extra ranch dressing on our next visit. Huh? This is a SERVICE industry, a burger is a burger is a burger. This place showed that they don't really care about the customer. Last time didn't write a review, but com'on, I'm sure we're not the only ones getting the bum's rush at Angelos. We've been going there for years, and it's ALWAYS something, but it's convenient to our home. Time to rethink.....You like getting treated with a 'tough sh*t' attitude?...Angelo's 6 is for you! Oh, and the owner won't respond to anything under 5 star...
Read moreDo not go to this place, just go to Wendy's next to it, better quality food and lower price.
This place is not worth trying. Me and my brother went there for lunch, they took almost 5 minutes to help us and the place was empty. We ordered, we got the food 13 minutes later, that's almost our entire lunch, at an empty restaurant.
after that, i asked for ranch she said $0.54 per ranch, i said ok, then i asked for two, then she gave me my receit, and it said $2.18 i asked why and she said, oh because the big ranch is $1.07 and i said, but earier you said it was $0.54 then she said thats for the small one, and said, well that's the one i wanted! why did you give me the big one! then she said, oh bring the ranch back and ill give you the small one, but we had already started eating it, so in the end we paid for $2 bucks for a tiny ranch they call big.
Now to the food, i got a bacon burger and my brother got the chicken tenders. well long story short, the burger only had two strips of bacon ( so much for the bacon burger...) and the meat was about 0.25 of an inch. the fries were cold, and unseasoned. This here was $9.56 plus tax... Now to my brothers (CHICKEN TENDERS..) Wich were moreThey were dry, hard, as if they were made several hours ago and reheated when ordered. Hard crunchy (and no, not in a nice crunchy way) long story short, don't go there, was of time, money and you will hate the quality of the food.

Read moreHorrible customer service. They take phone orders which is nice however the system for the phone ordering needs work. The customer that placed a phone order almost hit me as I was going through the drive thru.. I had made the associate at the window aware after waiting for them to complete their phone order which was not ready. Her response to me was “oh..yeah they had a phone order” ... okay? They almost hit my car in your drive thru?? An apology would be nice but no. So I get home to eat my food and the food was cold and old.. mind you I don’t live far. So my food was sitting there while they completed the phone order. I call to speak with the manager, the same girl that “helped” me at the window answers only to keep asking me questions for what was wrong with my order which is making me more upset and still no apology! If it’s your procedure to get the information about the order before a manager picks up the call it’s best to APOLOGIZE FIRST to try and help resolve the issue not make the customer more upset. That’s just plain customer service. Apologize, listen to the issue, try and resolve it: basic customer service skills. I will never go back here again because of the...
