Connal's Burgers Salads & Subs — Restaurant in Upland

I recently tried Connal's for the first time. After two trips there sampling a number of items on the menu, our family is hooked. The salads are loaded, full of flavor and the chicken was cooked to perfection. The Pastrami and Beef Dip Sandwiches were both incredible, from the meat to the incredible soft but chewy bread. I am not a French Fry fan nor eater, but the fries here are incredible. Hot, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Today I tried their bean and cheese burrito. After eating at so many of best Mexican Restaurants in the greater LA Area, I think the bean and cheese burrito I had today at Connal's might have been the best one I have ever eaten. It was a substantial burrito with a soft but chewy tortilla that complimented the perfectly seasoned and smooth beans. To top it all off they were very generous with the cheese, which also perfectly complimented the two other ingredients. I've been coming here for awhile now. Service is good and friendly. Food selection is really great, something for everyone. The breakfast burritos are huge and can easily be split to share, plus they're really good, especially with the green salsa (they have red salsa as well). The also have a steak and eggs combo that's good. Did I mention they have freshly squeezed Orange juice! You don't see that very often. Their burgers are really good as and they have a variety of types, you can definitely have it your way here. Fries have just the right amount of crispiness without asking for well done. You know how some fries don't need ketchup to taste good, these taste good by themselves. Ketchup welcomed. You can actually pump ketchup up unto your plate which I prefer over ketchup packets. Ordered A Mexican steak Dinner plate on the drive thru. Cashier repeated the order (Steak, with rice and beans. ) and a order of fries. I then came home and got this instead. I called to let them know, and the floor manager/shift supervisor was beyond rude and unprofessional, she kept hanging up on me and said you can call back tomorrow to speak to the manager on duty. She then said don't waste your time she won't do anything, and started being so rude. I am a bussiness owner and come to this place about 4-5 Times a week. I would totally fire this individual in an instant. All I know is that they just lost a loyal customer.
