DO BETTER UNKING LIKE. First time to the establishment and I brought in a starving agitated guest, forewarning. The customer service was atrocious and they refused service. To be polite I told my guest to go to the bathroom. When we arrived it was busy hours BUT the store was completely empty. I’m guessing the place gets low foot traffic and they forgot to lead with care and empathy. My guest wanted their food and grew impatient with the host asking questions after I stated that was it for my order. The hostess was more focused on the hungry guest. Mind you, we were the only guests in the restaurant at the time, so disrupting the public is irrelevant and it goes to show you the lack of care and patience for feeding people. I hope this restaurant gets some training on customer service if they ever want to see people in their chairs. Unless they have another form of income try to take care of the paying customers willing to choose your establishment for dining. To be fair this wouldn’t have happened if we were Punjabi or Indian decent. As African American customers we deeply feel unwelcome and...

Let me be clear about this review this is my fourth time coming to this place, and on my way there I pass six different Mediterranean restaurants! without stuttering my destination is this place! I love the food I love the service, the place is very clean. The service is topnotch. They are very helpful in teaching you what the food is about also the portions are very generous. They was a mixed falafel sandwich that I had was about a foot-long and had many layers of flavor that is unmatched with any other falafel sandwich I've ever had. I also ordered the chicken Shawarma plate and needless to say is just as delicious as the falafel sandwich every time I go there I make sure to try something new. I have not been steered wrong or regretted any new adventure on their menu. There is a wide variety of foods if you're very picky there is something there for you to eat if you're vegan or vegetarian there is a lot of options for you. I recommend this place. I'm not going...

By far the best falafel I’ve had. And believe me I’ve had a lot in my lifetime. What impressed me even more was the awesome staff. I stopped in short notice and ordered enough food to feed an army. I ordered a dozen falafel ala cart 4 complete falafel plates and 4 falafel sandwiches. They made the order fresh and was out in about 20 minutes. They even offered me a free sample while I waited. Restaurant and kitchen were spotless. The vegetables they used in the sandwich and the plates was so fresh they had a nice crunch to them. My first time here as I was referred by a relative to give them a try. Not only did they no disappoint but they exceeded my expectations which were high to begin with because of the referral. I will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. These guys are the real deal. Thanks to the whole...

I ordered a beef skewer plate, that came as fire roasted pieces served atop rice. The beef was seasoned with citrus and was tender and juicy. The bismati rice was quite nice and had actual flavor. The salad was a typical mix dressed in vinaigrette. The pita was store bought, but paired well with the hummus or when wrapped gyro styled with the meat, salad and dipped into the 'shatta' a sort of blended chile mixture. (Don't try if you don't like spicy!) A canned soda brought the tab to $14 and the portion sizes easily quelled my appetite. I will definitely return to see what else I may enjoy.

The food is delicious, the prices are cheap ($8-10 for an entree), and the workers are amazingly friendly. Last time I went they gave us some free falafels just so we could try their garlic sauce. Very healthy and authentic, large enough portions. The only gripes I have is that a) the place is very small inside, and b) you can't see it from inside the parking lot, only from the intersection. Other than that, I love the place and am always recommending it.
