Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Upland

This place is abysmal now. The chili is nasty the service takes forever. I don't know if they are using the chili for too long or their cleaning habits but it's just not it. I got to the speaker and sat there in silence for a couple minutes. Then the person comes on the speaker and tells me to wait because they have another order in front of me, so I waited at the speaker again for what seemed like 5 to 10 minutes. then once he came back to the speaker I had to repeat my order twice and he just kept calling me "boss" like we're friends or something. so I get to the window, eventually, he spills the drink on my car that I just got washed, not only that he kept calling me "boss" like I'm his friend. I was pretty annoyed by then. He kept trying make an excuse for them taking forever so I wouldn't complain. Name one place where you've gone and they made you wait before they took your order in the drive thru. I think it's really weird that they did it like that, it must have something to do with their numbers. Anyway, you all owe me a car wash. A chili dog is $3.39 which is price gouging at its finest. They have a 5 mix and match that use to be $5.55 and is now $9.95, another greedy...

Last week I went here on the way home, I asked if the fries were fresh, it was a little past the rush hour, so I was looking forward to fresh carbs ;-) the girl replied “yes” when I got home they were burnt and old. The chili dog bun was hard and just didn’t have the same quality, I was so disappointed but normally I get fresh food and service. Well tonight I went back because my mom asked me to stop. The staff was completely different, todays date is 11/20/18 and the approx time was 8:15 pm. The girls that were working were fast friendly and the food was fresh. Unfortunately the bad encounter I had last week I forgot to look at the name tags...but I hope management is able to know which crew was on tonight. They are the reason I will keep going back and restored my faith in the best damn hotdogs in So Cali. They were busy but handled things efficiently. I was unable to phone them and tell them how they how well I liked the service. But I will try to tell the owner (I believe it is a franchise) next visit. I hope the management sees the reviews so that they are able to give recognition to the employees that worked...

Made a quick stop here for lunch with my dad, but had to go to the bathroom really badly. We were going to go through drive thru, but I stopped in to see if I could use the restroom. I asked for the key and the lady is like oh it’s for customers only 🤓👆. Ok that’s fine and all but why do you just assume I am not your customer, how do you know if I didn’t go through drive thru or anything lol. Then she’s like oh well do you want to buy something, girl f— you respectfully. I’m having to use the restroom badly, the fact you’re denying me it, what makes you think I’m going to spend my money there. Wasn’t looking to go back and forth or prove my intention to buy so I just left. We just had lunch at the del taco...
