JERSEY GIRL APPROVED! This Brooklyn-style pizza is the REAL DEAL. Imagined by David, a Brooklyn native, and Ivan, a sourdough master, this pizza is my new favorite thing. The crust is a delectable combination of soft and chewy with slight crunch. The sauce is flavorful and distinctive but does not compete with the topics. Same with the cheese. Melty and matching in proportion to the sauce and slice ratios. The popular pepperoni pizza is generously layered to ensure some spicy deliciousness in every bit. The menu provides options for every preference and the sizing is on point - larger than a personal pizza - perfect for splitting. Located in the Bob Crane Community Center, I was reluctant to go in and order a pizza, but fear not, it is a separate cafe area, and there is ample seating or you can order to go. Really gem of a spot located in UA. I ordered the Three Cheese, Buffalo Chicken, and Proper Pepperoni along with the Breakfast Bros pie. I think this is some of the best sourdough pizza I’ve had, light but filling and great, fresh ingredients. The major standout is the Breakfast Bros pie for me, it is the best breakfast pizza I’ve ever had. I’m also usually not a cheese guy, but their Three Cheese is tangy and delicious.

I really enjoyed the pizza! I took home one of each of the styles for the family and they were a big hit! The crust was sooo good. I also love it when a pizza can be reheated and taste just as good when you bought it fresh. The pizza is unique, hand crafted, and very tasty. Pepperoni was our favorite. We will be back soon!
