Alas, the experience at this local shop was lackluster. There was no coaching of the young lady taking the order (nor the other baristas), the other team members were carrying on loudly about something in the news (with no coaching to help them understand a bit more about what is appropriate when working), the coffee was just ok, and every outside table was extremely wobbly to the point they were nearly unusable.
