Today was the worse! I ordered 2 large double quarter pounder meals and 2 orders of nuggets from drive-thru. I got the food home, got comfortable, sat down and readied myself to eat. I thank God that I always look through my food before I eat. There was a FLY!!!! In my quarter pounder! Yes a Fly!(I will post a pic if I can, never posted a pic on here before). Stuck right on the cheese and other toppings. I'm so freaked out because had I not checked, I would have eaten a FLY!! And I'm sure that I would have not known because I had 2 patties, cheese, onions, ketchup, and pickles so it would have most likely drowned out the "fly taste" whatever that takes like.. I was so disgusted🤢, so I took the food back and asked for a refund. The girl I spoke to in drive-thru, was nice about it, although she didn't apologize or anything. She just agreed to my refund. So I went in the store and the cashier was nice as well. I showed her the fly, and as she was refunding me, 2 managers came out to her register and did whatever they were doing. But never acknowledged me, nor apologized, or said anything about the situation. They had to know, after all, they approved the refund. And while I was in there, I saw a nat flying around in their apple pie case, of which the door on it was closed! I'm just done...I have patronized McDonalds far too long..people always ask me, you still eat that?? Read moreThe Night shift Manager is very rude ! As I was entering the store she was cussing at the workers . Everyone working under her had to range from 17 to 21 years old . You would've thought that being as though a customer entered the store she would've stopped and showed some type of professionalism but no she kept degrading the workers. I asked was the Manager allowed to talk to them like that and one one the workers replied yes. Because she is the Manager . I said am calling the Better Business Bureau tomorrow because she was out of control and shouldn't be in charge of no one . Meanwhile the lobby floors was so greasy and customer's walked in that was in the drive thru because their orders was messed up. She told a homeless man that asked for a burger because he was hungry to get a job and stop begging . This McDonald's is slowly going down smh. They also need gloves that properly fit the workers . Read moreI was excited when this location first opened...that was short-lived. The lines are always long and my order is always incomplete (an item missing). When bought to their attention you are met with a lovely attitude. This has happened on numerous occasions at random times of the day. Pre-covid they were open later. I know after a certain time the menu is limited. But they didn't have FRENCH FRIES 🍿...AT MCDONALD'S! shut the store at this point is what I thought. When you think of MCDONALD'S you equate them with fries. Without that you're just a burger joint. And for the record we love our fries HOT 🔥 . Now I drive the opposite way to go to another location further up Baltimore pike for better service, an actual full menu and the lovely hot fries we all love. Please do better with customer service and purchasing so you can add value to our wonderful Lansdowne...
