I will never visit this location ever again. Came here today and ordered a large pumpkin spiced latte. I opened the cup and noticed it was only filled 2/3 of the way. So I asked the cashier who made my latte why this is not filled and she proceeds to give me an attitude about it. She argues it is a signature latte, but fails to explain why the cup is only filled 2/3 of the way. I’ve ordered mediums before and the cup is almost filled to the top. I felt like I was being cheapskate on. One of the men working in the back who also takes orders up front said he would make me a new one. Boy, I should’ve just kept what I had because he put so much sugar in it that it was inedible. I watched him put over 6 pumps of pumpkin flavor in the cup. So you’re trying to give me diabetes? Meanwhile, the girl that original rung me up is talking about me to all her coworkers because she’s annoyed. Listen, you don’t do that in front of a customer. Take it to the back room out of sight and vent if you have to. I saw you whispering and looking at me. I wasn’t bored yesterday. I worked in the food and hospitality industry for over 5 years. I get it that you need a little bit of drama in your life and this is the perfect place to find some. I was being real patient and wasn’t being a Karen. I was genuinely curious why my cup wasn’t filled. I had just ordered a large pumpkin spice latte from here the day before and it wasn’t anything like I was served today.
This experience encouraged me to invest in a latte machine and start making my own. In other countries, this kind of behavior wouldn’t even be a thing. Read moreJust received one of the worst iced coffees I've ever had. Dark roast with trefoils girl scout flavor, light ice, cream and sugar was what I ordered. It was a lot of water, very little coffee, very little flavor, and a complete waste of money. I asked them to fix it and they did, but it was no better whatsoever the second time. I should have just asked for my money back, or asked to go behind the counter and make it myself. We go to a Dunkin several times a week, but we will never return to this location. I suggest finding a nearby store and go to that one instead.

Read moreThis was a good location previously, but in the last month or two it's gone downhill. Drive through waits are terrible - I just spent ten minutes with only two cars ahead of me, and that's not unusual. Get up to the window, person doesn't open it or greet you for a few minutes, thrusts a coffee out the window, then closes it again. Well, I had another drink.. so now what? Another couple minutes go by before someone else comes by and hands that out.
Any of the other Dunkins in the area are fine, but...
