I can honestly say this was the worst consumer buying experience that I have ever had! This store ruined my twins 12th birthday! Not only did they not fulfill my order for my cupcakes or cake, they also refused to reimburse my confirmed order!!! No manager follow up, no consumer satisfaction implementation, left me completely robbed and with nothing on the day of my twins party!! When we go to checkout, the cashier charges me for 2 additional mix-ins. My order was 2 Love-its +1. They are the same price, but somehow he charged me for Love-it +2. Whatever its an extra 0.89. Went back again a few weeks later and was told about the email list and how I'd get another BOGO coupon if I signed up. So I signed up and went back for my third time. It looked like Two people were working but not sure what the girl was doing but she was not waiting on the customers in line as it looked like she was cleaning up for the night or working call in orders? The same guy that took our order , made our ice cream and rang us up as the line continued to grow. To the owner please staff your store properly, especially for a Saturday night why only Two employees?
