edited to add: both times I called, Nikki, the owner, wouldn't even allow me to provide her the tracking number (it shows the package never left the shop - see screenshot below) because she said there is nothing she can do and UPS doesn't scan when they pick packages up! Dropped off a package that contained $300 worth of time sensitive returns on 2/22 at 2:08 pm and received a paid receipt with tracking. As of 3/8, there has been no movement on the package. Called the store and they told me to call UPS customer support. I called customer support at UPS and they said that since the package hasn't moved from the store, call the store. I explained that I already did. They insisted that the package must still be at the store. Called the store back and spoke with Nikki, the owner, who said to call UPS support and maybe the label fell off and they have no packages at the store so there is nothing she can do to help. This has been my entire morning. And now it's past the deadline for my return, even though I dropped it off, secured a receipt and tracking. I will never go to this...

No store is any better than its employees. This store shines brighter than any store I've been to in a long time. Nikki's phenomenal knowledge on logistics is outstanding. She is always willing to help people and never seems to have a bad day.
Ryan has also been a great help, especially when I do the self-service. He offers helpful hints if I get stuck on anything which is always amazing. I don't really like using self-service cuz I really enjoy the conversation and the personal interaction when I go to the store.
Aislinn, though she was injured, she has persevered greater than many of people I know and I commend her for willingness to help people and always smiling even when it's tough situations. So yes that store is made up of the best...
Read moreTerrible and deceitful business practices. I initially contacted the store to inquire about packing and shipping some items from Philadelphia to Toronto. Barry responded with the quote $97.22. The following morning, when we tried to pay the amount, Niki (who identified herself as Store Manager) refused to accept my husband's U.S. Visa card. We have used that card many times to purchase goods and services in the U.S. including UPS! Niki suggested that we could wire the funds to her for an additional $15. I emailed her to comment on the unreasonableness of her position and that i felt it was just a way to increase the fees. Niki then sent a revised quote totalling $174.09 (including the extra $15 for wired funds. Its clear Niki purposely raised the price significantly in response to being challenged - a very childish and unethical practice. She was also very rude to my husband on the phone.
