Pho Viet Hoa — Restaurant in Upper Dublin Township

I am a foodie and I love trying out food at new places. On my trip passed the PA area, I came across this gem since my friends recommended it. 1st of all, the restaurant is clean, nicely decorated, and a very nice touch with fresh flowers. They're very welcoming toward customers, which is as expected. The customer service was so friendly and quick. The food comes at a reasonable time and is piping hot. My mouth was watering just from looking at it. I dug in and forgot to take some pictures! Wow, the food was fresh and made to perfection. The Pho broth was well-cooked and blended wonderfully with all of the ingredients. My friends ordered spring rolls, pan fried egg noodles, pad thai, and vietnamese crepe I think? The food portions were large and delicious! Of course, I tried a little bit of everything since I can't resist how delicious they all looked. The drinks and dessert was also amazing. I highly recommend getting the mango bubble tea with lychee fruit jelly and popping mango pearls or the avocado smoothie. The creamy flan was delightful. This place has become a disaster with their service. After being a consistent customer here, I have experienced declining, very disturbing, highly rude, unprofessional experiences. The restaurant itself is constantly busy and not organized for the customers in the order they arrive. After waiting for over 30 minutes just to be seated then 20 more just to order our food, another group was seated right as they walked in and was able to order before us. As he proceeded to say that “white people aren’t patient.” As an excuse to seat them and take their order first. Not only that. I have also experienced a very rude worker/owner. He got my take out order wrong, then continued to blame it on me and charge it on my bill. After multiple times explaining that it was not what I had ordered, he continued to scream at me in front of the entire restaurant saying “Listen, Listen” although he was just repeating the same thing. I'm disappointed to share that our dining experience at this restaurant was far from welcoming. The service, especially from an Asian female staff member who I believe might be the owner, was notably poor. Her demeanor was arrogant and rushed. After placing our order, she even rolled her eyes at us, which I personally witnessed.（Or is there something wrong with her eyes）But she has a good attitude when she makes phone calls and talks to locals. I don't know why she's doing this, because my friends and I are Asian? Is she being discriminatory? It was particularly disheartening as we approached the staff with nothing but politeness.
