My 2 yr old S21+ died while I was at lunch in the city (screen went black and didn't show anything when plugged in). Came back up to where my hotel was located in Willow Grove and visted Adrienne (?) who plugged in my phone and said she felt there was power, but that the screen had likely died.. She said there was a great repair guy next door in Walmart at Ifixandrepair and if it was truly dead, come back to get another phone...It was in fact the screen and later, I verified that my google "Timeline" showed my phone was still tracking and not dead.. Thank you for the diagnosis and avoiding need to reset another phone when mine was only in need of repair.. Downside comments: Corp TMobile Cust Serv did not pick up after wait of 30 min and when I tried to access my account on my laptop, I could not because it insisted in sending my dead phone a verifying message.. UPDATE. Please make sure the super nice and helpful staff are actually telling you the truth about the plan you are signing up to. I was horrified to find out from T moblie customer service that an offer to pay off a new customers old phone was very much exaggerated. I was told that up to $600 of my phone which I bring to T moblie would be paid off and too my surprise I was told that the info I had been given was not true and probably just being told what I needed to hear to get me signed up. Moral off the story, dont trust someone who works on commission even if she tells you she has talked to her superiors to make sure everything is ok. Very disappointed. So I'm going from 5...

Bri helped us do all of it. Even the rebates we were eligible for etc. Bri was professional, knowledgeable, patient, helpful and most importantly a pleasant human being! It was a long process but she kept it moving, all while answering the store phone and chit chatting with us about life and music. It was just a pleasure to deal with someone in the service industry who understands how service works.
