If I could give ZERO stars, I would. As a customer of 7 1/2 years, I called my only "go to" pizza place. I placed an order for our normal order, 1 plain pie and 1 tomato pie (I even told the woman that answered the phone that there should be NO CHEESE on the tomato pie - she acknowledged that there would be NO CHEESE). Pizzas are picked up, brought to me, and both pies have cheese. I called the restaurant and the same woman answered. She was shocked that cheese was on both. I requested to swap out a pie for one with NO CHEESE. The owner picked up the phone and was extremely arrogant. He was mad at me that both pies had cheese. I wasn't the individual making the pizzas, only the individual that ordered 2 pizzas and specified NO CHEESE on one.
From one consumer to another - beware of Randazzo's Pizzeria. Always repeat your order and always check your order before leaving the establishment. Or better idea, purchase from a Pizzeria that is able to take an order and make the...
Read moreFood quality not what it used to be. Past three orders have been substandard to uneatable. Young ignorant manager who knows NOTHING about customer service. Don’t try complaining about the food. They just laugh and tell you they can’t give food away for free but obviously it’s okay to sell bad overcooked pasta and inedible food and not be expected to be held responsible for the quality. What happened to you guys? How do fried onions end up in plain buttered noodles and bacon in with broccoli bites. Sounds like cross contamination every where. We will not ever be returning to your establishment nor will we recommend to anyone. You have lost a good very long time customer. Not that you care which you can see by no responses to ANY of your customers concerns. Customer retention means nothing. Obviously not intelligent enough to know what that means. Sorry but this whole experience was like dealing with children not business owners. You reap...
Read moreEdit: We've ordered delivery for years with no issues. Tonight they forgot mozzarella sticks, called, They asked if I wanted to come get them - no, I ordered delivery. They told me it would "be a while because the driver is out"
Took them an hour to get back to us with them. After that, looked closer at the receipt and noticed a 3 dollar delivery fee, as well as a 3 dollar credit card fee. The order was about 60 dollars before tip. 6 bucks of fees is a lot, so I'll be going elsewhere.
Great place for slices and dinners. Wide variety of topping slices waiting when you walk in. Only downsides - they offer specials, but they won't ring them in as the "special" price unless you order specifically special #whatever, and slightly pricey compared to other local places. However, the pie is good...
