I’m not sure who the guy working the drive through and front end of this Burger King was at 8:30 AM today, but let me tell you - this guy is miserable and highly unprofessional. He was cursing and angrily muttering the whole time he was serving the drive through lane as we waited for him inside. Started slamming food into the bags, stating “this sucks”, and generally complaining and huffing the whole time in visible range of us and our child. We were literally the only people who walked into the dining area, and there were very few cars in the drive-in lane too. He said “be right with you” we said “sure, take your time man”. Waited approx 10 minutes and quite patiently too I might add. His register then randomly went down during a drive-through order (he was apologizing about it to the customer). Whatever, internet issues happen, so we decided to just head elsewhere as we have a 5 hour drive back. Normally I wouldn’t leave a review for some guy being overwhelmed at his job. What lead to this review though, and this is what ticked me off, was he uttered aloud “thank God!” as we exited. Screw that guy. I can empathize with people being overwhelmed and understaffed, been there too - but you don’t ever EVER treat customers like crap because of your inability to properly handle stress like a professional. Especially ones who stood there patiently waiting for you. We went in for a quick bite having never tried a BK breakfast before, and in a great mood, and that single comment ruined our experience and perception of this Burger King. Never again will I go here because of that one worker’s comment - and I am more than happy to slam this BK with a one star review...
Read moreMade the mistake of ordering on their website for delivery. Never once being told it would be through a third party that they gave my credit card info to. Which was “Door dash” but actually something called “GPS Hospitality Partners II, LLC” when the first order that was messed up was delivered by Youssef, the bay wasn’t sealed and food was missing. After calling this location and being told they had no idea who they deliver was through, and that I needed to contact the company I placed the order through (which was BURGER KINGS WEBSITE) they said they couldn’t refund me, and needed to contact the door dash driver and take it up with them to send him back to have Burger King send the correct order. So I did, they sent Affaf back with the correct order. Then that night I got about 8-10 fraudulent charges on my credit card from them stealing my info and using it to pay for $800-1,200 of fraudulent charges through Go fund me, Patreon, PayPal and a website called Alibaba.com
Now I’m spending my day that I should be working, getting a new credit card and having to change billing info with all of our utilities, distribution centers, parts suppliers, everyone.
So, do yourself a favor and don’t ever order food from here unless you enjoy your order being completely incorrect and getting up credit card...

There was a scared elderly woman who was lost and had no idea what town she was in after making a wrong turn, her phone was dead, and she had to use the bathroom. They were just laughing at her and told her they weren't going to open the doors and she had to leave (the dining area was closed). There was no, "there is a gas station 2 doors down with a bathroom", or "this here is route 100 in Fogelsville." Can you imagine how scary it must have been for her, and then to just get laughed at? We went over to the gas station, I helped her find the right charging cable for her phone, set up her GPS and told her where she needed to turn to get on her way. Simple. Do better, people.
