Unfortunately I have to say I am disappointed again. Like baseball, three strikes and your out! I ordered a regular gf turkey sub. I asked for pepperoni and capicola in addition to the turkey. No cheese, and lettuce. The sandwich was made correctly, but a little lite. I asked for extra turkey, pepperoni and capicola. So I had to pay a separate charge for each meat. On top of having to pay a separate charge to add each meat. So if you were to order a sandwich with meat, you would expect to have a layer of meat at the most minimum. If they are generous like Allentown location, then you would have a perfect sandwich everytime. Unfortunately I received one layer of pepperoni and capicola. So where was the extra meat? If the charge was just to add meat, that would be fine. But I was also charged for extra of each meat, so would that not constitute at the minimum, one more layer of each type? I had 1/4 overlaps of meat. It seems as though Mike's has no consistency between locations. I have been to 5 different locations and each fails in sandwich making 101, if they even get the order correct. Where is corporate with QC? Allentown location is the only one I have come across that makes a sandwich correct, quick, and with the right amounts for the price. With that being said, it's lack of training, QC, corporate oversight, and customer service. Because if it were a money issue, then I would be paying 30+ for a GF hoagie with extra meat instead of the astronomical price of 26.00, (sarcasm) it seems all these companies want to pay their mortgage from a single sale. As long as I can write a review, I will let...
Read moreHorrible visit. Due to COVID, I have been hypervigilant about food service providers following protocol. While I was placing my order, the one gentleman was working the cash register and taking money from the customer in front of me. After he was done, he came to work on my sandwich and touched the bottom bun for my sandwich. I was not sure if he switched his gloves or not after handling the money so I kindly asked him if he did or not. He rolled his eyes and went and got a new pair. I then kindly asked if I could have a new piece of bread since he touched the previous one. At this time, he scolded me and gave me attitude and appeared very annoyed. The other worker (not sure if it was a manager or not) said "he changed his gloves but whatever". I was very embarassed at this point that the workers were scolding me when all I did was show them respect and make my requests politely. The only worker who treated me with respect, and even ran out to my car after I left to give me something I had forgotten on my counter, is named Ryan I believe. He was the only one who treated me with respect and did not appear annoyed nor gave me attitude. It is sad that the one gentleman who gave me attitude probably did not get reprimanded for it and will probably disrespect...
Read moreGreetings, previously I only left a star rating with the intention of returning to write something but, as sometimes happens, I forgot🙄. So I'd like to take a moment to just say...not only are these the BEST and most INCREDIBLE sandwiches I've ever had, the people that make them are top notch! The first time I stopped at the shop in Trexlertown I was greeted with welcoming smiles and wonderful courtesy! The staff gifted me with such patience for I had a lot of questions because I had never been to Jersey Mike's before. I have been back several times since and each time have been treated to the same great customer service and the same amazing food!!! In a world where customer service has taken a nose dive, it's so refreshing to be treated in such a manner- and I thank you guys for that! I've heard some people complain about the price, and to that I say, you get what you pay for😋. The bread, the meats, the cheeses, and the fixings are of the freshest, best quality around, I hope this never changes!! I'd rather spend a little extra money for a quality product than save a few bucks for a mediocre one. You guys definitely...
