This could be a great McDonald's especially because of the location but unfortunately the management is the worst I've ever experienced. Me and my husband would come here daily because the bus stop is across the street. The one day we ate breakfast ($20 by the way) and came back for lunch. As we are looking through the app, Maria, who stated she was regional and a supervisor/manager came to our table to tell us they have a 2 hour limit for sitting here and the next time we were over the allotted time, they would call the police with no warning. I was in shock. We were only there for 20 minutes, the most, and they didnt realize we had left and came back. It's understandable to make a mistake, but they threatened to call the police with no warning. So your going to waste emergency services on something that isn't even happening? Threatening your daily and loyal customers? I tried explaining we had left and Maria would not apologize and basically acted as if I was trying to argue instead of being open to the fact that she could be wrong. I asked for her supervisors name and she told me no one was above her. I finally got her to take my number for someone to call me but that didn't happen. I ended up contacting their main office myself and getting in touch with someone who is working with me on what happened and how to remedy it. I was very hurt and embarrassed because the place was fired when they came up and threatened us so everybody heard. Also, there is a young make who is the everyday, and sits in a booth for hours. He doesnt work there and rarely buys anything but they never said anything to him and treat him with good customer service. We were discriminated against and I told the contact at McDonald's I can prove discrimination so, of course, corporate is trying to appease us. The few times we came back we have received an attitude, terrible service, dirty looks, no thank you's or have a good day. Read moreMe and my friends placed a mobile order for two cokes. We sat in line and saw that it was taking awhile for this one car to order. We thought oh they just had a big order come to find out when we pulled up, no they were just waiting on someone to serve them. We sat at the speaker for 20 minutes before anyone came on. right before someone talks to us we change our mobile order to pick up inside. We tell her our mobile order number bc we had literally just changed it and thought maybe they hadn’t taken it to the counter. We wait another five minutes for someone to come to the window for the person in front of us to pay. We finally pull up to the window and they hand us not our order and we go that’s not us. They ask for our mobile order number and we explain that we had just changed it as they talked to us at the window and we changed it to the counter. The guy seemed confused so he got another lady to come up who then proceeded to tell us they didn’t have our order. We just gave up and drove away and went inside. We then found it sitting on the counter. Should we have changed our order probably not but they knew what we were talking about and didn’t feel like walking to go get the cokes. Read moreThis is a favorite amongst my kids immediately following a visit to Urban Air! They are suckers for the Play Place area and kid computers. I do notice that they run into other kids whom they mesh well with. Sometimes we can stay her 60-90 minutes then I make sure to take them home and bathe them. I mean germs are everywhere especially in a McDonald's but I have to comment that this location does change their garbage bags out and wipe the tables down where people sit to eat. This location is busy but I think the manager and employees do good keeping everything running smoothly and as clean as they can. On my most recent visit the lobby closed as we were eating. The manager let me and my kids sit and eat in peace. I really appreciated the manager for letting my family sit together until everybody was finished eating. The door was locked so when my daughter asked me for an ice cream cone I told her immediately that they may not fulfill the mobile in-house order because of the time. I am happy to say the employees made the cone for her and cookies for my other child. To be quite frank and honest my kids are used to lazy employees that do not care if cookies are sold out they will not make them.
