Starbucks — Restaurant in Upper Merion Township

Went to this location and ordered a pastry and hot chocolate. Not long after drinking the hot chocolate I because very ill for just over 24 hours. My stomach was on fire. The Milk must have been sour. Never again will I go to a Starbucks. This particular store was dirty, trash all over tables, overflow and trash on floor behind barista counter. On top of that, assuming that it was the manager that was on duty, was yelling and disrespecting his female employee in front of all of the customers 12/29/2021 around 4pm. It was so rude and nasty how he spoke to her. I’m sure humiliating on her behalf. The team did not wear hairnets, they kept touching their faces and hair without washing hands. I’d like to give a higher review due to John busting his ass to make sure everyone who stopped by got their orders in a timely manner. We arrived around 12:15am, 6 or so other people were in line and we had quickly realized he had been working by himself with no other help. It’s so unfortunate to see. He apologized profusely and thanked us all for being patient with him. We learned he had been struggling to find time to take his lunch break which is absolutely sickening to be denied such a thing due to understaffing. John, THANK YOU, you deserve all the stars in the world. Your management however, deserves below zero and needs to do so much better to get staffing...

Starbucks in my main / favorite place for my lattes , but service depends on who’s working when you come in, some of the workers/ managers are not as nice, same goes for your drink , have had a few of the young people mess up on my drink a couple of times, last time my latte tasted like milk was burnt, kinda roll the dice on this .
