I will never patronize this burger King again, today Jan 3 at around 5 to 6pm I ordered take out at this burger King my fries and onion rings were cold I asked if I could get fresh fries and onion rings. The male employee went and retrieved the manager. Who stated the fries were ok we won't give you different fries. Never tasted one or touched one anything. Just came out the office and instantly said no. I asked for my money back were me and a male employee there exchanged words he called me a miserable old man. Which I found highly disrespectful. Up ti this point u was polite and courteous but we begin to go back and fourth while all I wanted at this time was a refund. The manager called the police and after waiting a half hour they came and de escalated the situation. The manager tried to lie and say I threatened the guy and tried to get me arrested. While holding me there when I only wanted my money back the plaza manager came over and was really nice the young lady at the Starbucks. But I will never attend this burger King again. If I pay 31.24 for my food I should be able to request fresh fries and onion rings without being disrespected or even told know im a patron the customer service here is a direct reflection of management. I've been coming here for the last 12 years I drive trucks even before it was resolved I'll never come here again. The lady tried to lie and say I threaten her employee when I was only expressing myself that's a constitutional right this is ridiculous all while I'm paying my money to patronize the establishment. I remember they would have people watch customer service videos not call the police and make me late for my load and try to have someone arrested. This is sad I think I'm done with this restaurant and burger King all together...
Read moreThis Burger King is by far the worst I have been to! I ordered in the drive thru and when I got to the window the employee could not get my card to work. She asked for another card and I told her I don't think this other card will work but I said she could try. She then called her assistant manager Jennifer over. Jennifer glares at me as she opens the window and goes "declined!" Which I knew was going to happen because my second card did not have enough to pay for the order. I gave her my first card back and said this is the one I wanted to pay with and it didn't work. She got it to work and glared at me once more when she handed it back. Not once did she say anything! She didn't apologize that their card system was not working and she didn't take any accountability! As I drove off she rolled her eyes once more and glared. Then I got home to find my order was wrong and they gave me the wrong sauces. How are the employees supposed to learn anyway when they don't have a good leader!!!! Never coming back avoid...

This Burger King offers a mostly full menu, with some of the more limited menu options (such as cheesy tots) being unavailable. There's an electronic ordering system available for people who don't wish to get in line.
Unfortunately, service is VERY slow, with a disinterested staff moving glacially slow to service waiting customers. Ordered food is apparently prepared quite quickly, but it sits out awaiting the final bagging/tray processing by the staff up front. This means the food is often not nearly warm enough.
If Burger King can resolve this problem (simply swapping out the up front staff with people more motivated might be sufficient), this could easily be one of the company's better locations, but hot food delivered at speed is absolutely necessary at a service plaza, so this BK only gets two...
