Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Upper Moreland Township

I ordered at 10:15 pm on a saturday, just a box of brownies and lava cakes. I live 5 minutes down the street from Dominos yet they didn't get here until 11:20ish. I live in a small complex that allows you to drive all the way down from the entrance to the apartment doors without having to make a U-Turn because the exit will put you right back out the side you came in BUT the driver called me and asked if I could meet him, I said yes thinking he would drive down but NO, he wanted me to walk all the way to him when there is a clear and easy way to drive down and come out IN THE DIRECTION HE NEEDS TO GO ANYWAYS. LAZY!! On top of that, he sounded sketchy when I asked him for change back. When I asked for change back he said: "Sorry Ma'am, it's my first cash order of the day and they didn't send me with change.". That was weird because I called and asked before hand if they could break change because we're paying with cash upon delivery. Why would you not send the delivery guys with change. Also you're telling me that this ENTIRE day, you have no singles?? I think he just wanted to keep the extra 8 dollars to himself or something because they way he said his excuse was so weird.

The food was good though but you guys took over an hour, were reluctant to come into the complex which is a very small apartment with clear labels and an easy exit back onto the street from which you came, AND hand "no change at all". Luckily i could scramble for some nickles and dimes. and make it work. I told him I didn't have enough...

So sad! We usually love this Domino's. Today I placed an online order before 8am so I wouldn't have to worry about it later during a busy day. I selected 7pm for delivery time. At 7:25pm I called to check the status and was told it would arrive shortly.

At 7:50pm I called a second time and was told it would arrive in about 10 minutes. I remained calm and polite but was a little disappointed about not being offered any compensation. I asked about a discount or credit and was told I could not get one since I paid online. I then asked if there were any coupons or credit, so I was offered a free side of breadsticks for my next order. I asked what the value was ($5), and I stated that my order was now going on 60 minutes late.

I was then told something along the lines of "I don't know what you want" so I suggested a $10 credit which was granted. At this point I became more disappointed not only in the order being so late, but also somewhat disrespected by the lack of effort being made to help, and uncomfortable by having to ask for it myself.

After being told at 7:50pm that my order would arrive in 10 minutes, I actually waited another 25 minutes until the order arrived around 8:15pm, which is 75 minutes after the time I requested almost 12 hours earlier at around 7:30am. Lastly, of the two pizzas I ordered (which were ordered as 2 pizzas exactly the same, toppings etc.), one of them had the wrong sauce.

We really did love Domino's but now I'm highly...

I ordered from here online on April 10th @ 6:04. Tracked my order on the Domino's pizza tracker. It said Rodney is making your order. At 6:22 Rodney had checked our order for perfection. At 6:40 Rodney was still checking our order for perfection. At 6:41 I called Dominos to find out what's going on with our order. No answer. Called numerous times and no answer. Thought maybe if my wife calls they'll answer. Nope just a voicemail that was filled up, so you couldn't leave a message. I was told they don't give refunds only credit. Well I don't want a credit, I want my money back. Here we are on April 15th after going to the store, calling and emailing corporate, I went as far as calling Warminster Dominos who were very apologetic. Still waiting for my $23.28 refund. I know it's not much but to be screwed like this, I'll fight for it. We did end up ordering from In & Out on York and Mill rd which was great. I should have followed my gut instead of my wife's hunger for a horrible establishment. Never again. I'll stick with the mom and pop pizzerias. I had to edit this because I forgot about the phone. If you call any other Dominos you get the uniformed Brand greeting giving you the new deals and everything else. This Dominos number I swear is connected to...
