Third time in the last month they messed up my drink. And they always have a nasty attitude when you politely mention it. I placed a mobile order for a cold brew with a cold foam. They only gave me a cold brew. I had to go BACK in line (which was very long) only to get an attitude. It's not my fault the employees here cannot follow instructions.
But yesterday, 8/9/2022 was my final straw with this location. I placed a mobile order for a large cake batter iced signature latte with almond milk. The order was placed at 5:29PM. When I arrived at about 5:40PM, my order was not ready. In fact, when I pulled up to the window I saw a male employee left the food prep area to talk to a female outside the store. He came back in and rushed on my drink. I saw that my drink was very white ... i asked, "is this almond milk?" He said "yes". I trusted that he was telling the truth. After a few sips, I knew this drink did not have almond milk because I always get almond milk in my DD coffees and lattes. The drink made me feel extremely sick, I ordered ALMOND milk and not regular milk for a reason. As I mentioned, the drink was very WHITE meaning he put TOO MUCH milk in the drink, which made me even more sick. I didn't even finish the drink, I took a couple of sips and I am still feeling sick today, 8/10/2022, from this drink. Not only was my order not ready but the employee did not follow the instructions.
These employees need to learn to follow instructions and to not be so rude. I will be filing a complaint with Dunkin for this. This is...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreService is horrible at this location near the intersection of Easton Road and Fitzwatertown Pk. in Willow Grove, PA. The younger employees are cool but the owners and older workers are nasty. The food is often prepared incorrectly based upon your order. Today I ordered and payed for a "bacon deluxe" grilled cheese that came without bacon. 8 minutes later when I was about to eat it, I noticed that there was no bacon. I guess I'm used to good service at Starbucks and other places because I was confused as I watched them pull my sandwich apart, tearing the bread where the melted cheese was, and sprinkle two little half-pieces of balled-up bacon on the half that he could pry open. I asked what's up with that and she proceeded to yell at me saying the bacon is cooked and I'm laughing because WTF cares about bacon being cooked when you're handing me this raggedy sandwich! Finally she had the nerve to say, "I not charge you for the bacon. I give it to you free" as though she did me a favor... I said, "What do you mean? I payed for a deluxe grilled cheese" and she began yelling again. These people are absolutely ridiculous and I feel like if you're going to be this cocky about your business then at least learn how to make a freakin grilled cheese sandwich first and remember that in America "customers come first". For as many times as I've sucked up not receiving correct coffee and never made an issue of it, it's safe to say that I guess I can save a good $70 a month...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just had the worst experience here! I love Dunkinā Donuts and drink from stores at least three times a day. While leaving the Willow Grove Mall I stopped here at 7:45 for coffee. I received my coffee and immediately took a sip to find that it was more like milk and not at all hot. I asked the cashier who appeared to be alone if she had hot coffee. She said she did not they were about to close. I said to her if you knew that you did not have hot coffee and you were closing why did you not inform me of that in the drive-thru?
She replied how was I to know you were going to get coffee? I was incredulous! I said perhaps you did not know I was going to order coffee while in line but once I ordered the coffee you shouldāve informed me that you did not have the normal coffee experienceā- that you only had old cold coffee! She placed her hands on her hips and became very annoyed! I said to her you seem angry that you cannot provide me with what I paid for! She then said no Iām not angry Iām here by myself and Iām going on 11 hours working! While I sympathize with her as a consumer I found this experience very dissatisfied and the customer service equally poor. She then said to me what would you like me to do would you like a doughnut? I replied a donut does not compensate for the cup of coffee what you can do is return my money to me and I will go...
