Shockingly disappointed. Wendy's has always been good. First and last visit to this wendy's. Placed my order at the drive thru asked me what I want to drink. Coke please. What I heard next I have never heard from any restaurant that carries coke products. "We are out of coke we have other coke flavors" I should have left after I picked my jaw off the ground. I'm hard of hearing and said "what" repeated exactly the same thing. I was so confused I couldn't think of any other coke product even though Sprite is in my fridge quite often. He rattles off a bunch I final come out of my speechless daze and order a Sprite. When it was handed to me the lid falls off and Sprite spills in my truck and shockingly enough theres no ice and I worked all day in 90 degree weather. I say no ice. Response back yeah the ice machines broke. Funny thing is the day before I was at wawa next door and noticed a guy filling the 64 oz. Cups with only ice, as many as he could carry, and couldn't figure out what he was doing. He worked at Wendy's and was getting ice for their customers drinks so this broken ice machine has been broken for awhile. How could any restaurant let alone a huge chain fast food burger joint do business for more than an hour without ice let alone days. Ugh. Guess the owners saving money or wait no, loosing money as I won't be handing this Wendy's any of my hard earned money. My money spends...
Read moreLet me start by saying that I don't generally go to Wendy's, and after this experience Ithat trend will probably continue. At the very least I won't be coming back here. The person at the register was extremely rude and unhelpful.
Came in with no one at the register. I was addressed and told someone will be with me "in a minute" but was waiting around for around 5+ minutes and only seeing one person working in the back. When someone did finally come to take my order, he spoke quietly and muffled so I couldn't understand most of what he said. When he did speak so I could hear him he cut me off when I was talking, multiple times. These "questions" were one or two word statements, again muffled and quite so I had to spend a fair bit of time attempting to parse them. I tried to order a Jr Cheeseburger "combo" but then I was told they "don't have that there". Eventually he shouted that they have a "4 for 4", and I told him that I don't know what that is. Wouldn't you know it, it is basically a "combo" and probably why the user interface on the web has a "make it a combo"...
Read moreIf I could give a zero today, I would! I was dashing and had an order pick up from here. There was a bag labeled with initials and no receipt. We have to check to make sure we pick up the correct order. I asked a lady with short braids in her hair if this was for "so and so." With a big attitude, she asked me if those itials matched. I explained to her that I have to ask if it doesn't match our order. I then had to ASK for a cup. She wasn't happy. The app didn't tell me what the customer ordered. So, I stood there until the same lady acknowledged me. With another attitude, she told me a sprite. Her attitude was uncalled for! We need the customer's name on the bag, NOT just initials! I also shouldn't have had to ask for the drink. It's in our rules NOT to fill cups. I don't usually mind until I have to ask what drink YOUR...
