Johnny G’s Famous Pizza & Tomato Pies — Restaurant in Upper Southampton Township

Ordered and was told it would be 45 mins. 1 hr 15 mins later we called back and they said they didn’t have our address. We assumed the caller ID gave them our address like our more local places do since they never even asked for our address. We were told they tried calling us a few times and we did not have 1 missed call. When we called back, he then asked us for our number (how did he try calling us then if he didn’t have our number). He then told us he was bringing it right away. When he arrived I asked him if it was the original order which would have been cold. He told me it was a fresh order. Sure enough it was cold and our pizza was wrong anyway after that! If I could give less than 1 star I would. Was lied to several times during this order and will never order...

This place Was amazing when the original owner was there. My husband & I still order from here almost weekly but the people who work here now are so confused, mess the orders up all the time & walk around like they have no clue what they are doing. They just tried charging me AGAIN for the cheesesteak I brought back to them WHOLE. I’ve been waiting for over 10 min. & called 10 min. Ago to have it remade. Service has gone down hill terribly. Johnny G PLEASE COME BACK! We loved it here but consistency is really off now, each time different ratios it’s never the same as before. Will sadly have to find a new spot. They didn’t even try to make it right meanwhile I have another cheese steak back at home getting cold. Not good business anymore...

Large cheese pizza, Medium tomato pie. Both inedible. They called back after I initially placed the order. Miscommunication lead to the tomato pie also having cheese on it. The inedible part isn't even taking that into consideration. The crust was cardboard and the sauce had no flavor. The cheese wasn't even melted in most places. Just clumps of uncooked shreds. Fries were good. Onion petals were not onion petals. They were barely onion rings. The breading was more like a dough than say a beer batter/tempura which you'd normally associate with it. Didn't come with the dipping sauce that was listed on their site. 0/10 would not recommend and will never...
