Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Urbana

Many many times I used to go there and they had shut the drive thru early for the night like an hour or so before the posted closing time. Very rude and unprofessional to do that. And sometimes they’d say to me through the drive thru like “you have to come inside” and I would say like “I have a disability, it’s hard for me to get out and come in” and they refused to take order through the drive thru…. If you’re going to shut down early as a regular habit, please just make your store close sooner… so that people don’t waste gas driving there for no reason….

Also sometimes I’ve placed online orders at this store and they don’t update the tracking status so when you pull up and ask if order is ready I’ve been snapped at before saying like “NO it’s not ready yet!” And I’m like well if you would update the order tracker like actual good jimmy johns stores do…. Then I would know when order is ready….

Also, MANY times employees in the drive thru at this location have acted like it is a major inconvenience to enter phone number to earn rewards points and I stopped placing any order in person and switched completely to order ahead through the app, just to avoid having to give my phone number at the drive thru, bc of how impatient the...

I got my sandwich within a few minutes. All of the hard add ons and take off's were correct. I even got a kickin ranch. I ate my sandwich and left within 5 minutes.

The only thing I did not see inside of this bulding was the soda machine. The bathrooms didn't smell like a bar toilet, the main room didn't have any crumbs on the floor in the middle of the walk way. And the windows are very clear.

The people inside are sandwich makers and everyone is whisking away to make your sandwich as fast as possible. The drive through is constantly moving along. The people sitting outside are calm and content. and the atmosphere is just fine.

The only thing they missed was the Dijon. :)

It didn't drive me up a wall, it didn't make my day any worse. Hell, I didn't even know the Dijon was missing until after I ate it and left! So this place is like any other place. Sometimes you miss a tree in the forest of additives and subtractives. Just like any person in the control tower can lose track of an airplane at any given moment. Just like you at your own job forgetting to place their coffee at their desk instead of leaving it at the break room!

The worst Jimmy John's there is in Champaign-Urbana area you want a good Jimmy John's go up on prospect you go to this one and you're spending $10 a sub with no toppings even when you tell them extra they don't give it to you you pull up to the window and the guys stoned out of his mind and Reno 911 sunglasses on moving one mile an hour messed up my whole order after I stress them about putting extra on it they put less on it every time you go there they don't put any lettuce on it hardly any onions anything you ask for he said I thought it was light well maybe if you weren't so high when I did call up there and ask to speak to a manager he said he was it I said what is your name he said that doesn't matter it's not important that's real professional save your money and go to prospect place the worst Jimmy John's I've ever been to across the...
