Arby's — Restaurant in Urbandale

Went through the drive through for dinner during work and got a dr. pepper with my meal. Did not drink or eat until I got back to work, and noticed my Dr Pepper tasted like pepsi. Looked at it and it was lighter than cream soda. I called to inform them they should check their levels in the soda machine for syrup (was not trying to get anything free, just informing)and shift manager gets snappy with me. I accidently said it tastes like coke which I hate and the response is "we don't have coke so it can't be." Ok but you sell pepsi and to me is the same thing. I then said it wasn't the correct color and she should check the syrup levels. Response: "yeah it's probably low on the syrup that's why the color is like that." Didn't even get to drink my drink because of the hate I have for pepsi and coke, just threw it away. Good food but I didn't like the sound of attitude when I'm just trying to let you know, like shouldn't you check to see if the drink is the correct color before putting the lid...

The two things that I want most from "fast food" is 1) getting the correct order, and 2) consistency of food quality. This location does well for number 2.... but is all over the map on number one. Our last 2 visits involved pick-up orders... each missing an item of items or containing an incorrect item. We will order food from them far less frequently in the future... at least until they can get orders correct. In our last order, they gave us an incorrect sandwich, and they failed to include the Au Jus for the Au Jus sandwich. When we called them about their errors.... they said we could "come back" and they would correct the order. I am SOOOO tired of THAT response. JUST GET THE ORDER...

We went in to order, but no one was at the front. We waited a few minutes, talking about where everyone was. Saw one other customer there who didn’t say anything to us. One of us walked over to ask if they had been helped only to see they were with the worker that was supposed to be at the front. The worker got all huffy and came back up to the front. We started to order and they were out of roast beef which is what we wanted. She was very rude about it, so we just left without anything. The whole time we were there (about 10 min total) she was the only employee we saw. Don’t know where anyone cooking was. Definitely crossing that one off the list if that’s...
