Gave up trying to go to this location . First time I went for a pick-up order, mistakenly did not check my food until I arrived home- it was the wrong order. Okay, it happens, I'll give them another chance I thought. Second time I go the power is out at the location and they're closed - not their fault as neighboring businesses were affected too. Third time was the last straw for me. I go in the afternoon and was the first person in line. It turned out that they're clearly too busy to take my order. I waited at the counter for nearly 10 minutes without anyone taking my order. I get that they have to fulfill online orders, but one would think the in-person customers take priority since they're already at the business. I walked out and headed to a Jersey's where I was able to get my order done within 5 minutes. Mind you they were also busy with online orders and a line. Get it...

I’ve been waiting for my food for 45 minutes and there is a few things to be pointed out

1. no food service sanitary items are being worn such as hats, aprons or even gloves

2. they are just messing around flirting with each other and focused on signature handshakes rather then making anyone in the lobbies sandwiches

3. by the time this review is sent out I would’ve been here an hour

4. this has to be the slowest service I’ve ever recieved in my life and the workers don’t care and to say lack of customer service would be and understatement
