Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Vadnais Heights

I really love Jersey Mike’s sandwiches but the staff here suck.

The service I received today was embarrassing. I ordered 2 sandwiches and paid. I waited 15 minutes while they made another families 8 sandwiches. Which wouldn’t be an issue except this family is behind me, and then everybody after them had their order ready made. When I asked them what happened? They completely forgot about my order.

It was literally a turkey and provolone sandwich and I didn’t get the hot honey. I was up charged for.

I would like to feel like this is an error made because it was busy but everyone else was white and their service was great. How did you ask me if I was eating here, ready to cut my sandwich and continue to make 8 more and have the order behind them ready immediately but completely forgot mine. I should have returned this food but my kid was hungry…

I despise this location. There is a mixed guy here and he seems like the manager. He is so rude every time we come in. Today set me over though. I ordered a giant sub and two kids subs and the woman greeted us at first but then when we started ordering she was exchanging weird looks with the light skinned guy. I gave her the same look back and we were like this for like 40 seconds, just staring at each other. Finally she passed the sandwich along to the other man and he was short with us. We were checking out and no one had given us our drinks, so I asked if I could grab the cups. The light skinned man asked if I even ordered any drinks and I said yes. I used to work at the Walmart across the street and would come here nearly every shift for my lunch break. It wasn't just the food that kept me returning it was mostly the workers, everyone who has taken my order or made my sub is so upbeat, euthanistic, and fun to talk to, it's clear they enjoy what they do and it shows in both the service and quality of food. I don't work at walmart anymore and yet I go out of my way to come to this specific jersey mikes location because of the team they got. I always walk out of there with a smile thanks to the workers there.
