this is in reference to a situation that occurred on Sunday 08.20.2023. I tried to order on line and the website continued to say that the Vadnais Heights location does not deliver here at this Vadnais Heights address which is truly 2 blocks from the Reds on County Rd E. So I called and that is the first mistake I made. I should have ordered from Carbones Pizza. When the person answered I tried to explain what was happening and that is when this person started to talk down to me and treat me like an idiot. She continued to say that I was on the WBL location and that is why this message continued to come up. I clearly stated 3 times I was on the Vadnais Heights website but she continued to treat me as I am idiot and would not listen to a single thing I said. I clearly understand how to use a computer and understand there is multiple locations and I know this could be an issue. But, as a highly intelligent individual I know how to navigate your website. Then comes delivery, she confronts me as aggressive but she is the one that is totally arrogant and disrespectful. On the phone I did not get any total that was charged to my card, I had to check my bank website to see the cost. I get no receipt all I got was attitude and that the 5.00 tip was not good enough. Read morePlaced an order online. They called me 20 mins after the order was placed to say they got orders before ours so ours is going to be 30 - 40 mins later than our expected delivery time. I think its ridiculous it took 20 mins to tell us there are other orders in front of ours and its going to be an additional 30 - 40 min wait. Bad customer service. Asked if maybe we could get a coupon for next time or something for our wait and they said "No its not our fault people ordered ahead of you". Rude. If thats the case then why give an "expected delivery time" in the first place. Why not just say delivery when we can, could take up to a couple hours. After the revised expected delivery time it was another 20 min wait, so a total of 2 hours for our food to arrive. Our food was hot and didnt taste like it was out for 2 hours, but there were minor mistakes with our food (missing sides, pasta came with chicken and it wasn't suppose to; not a big deal). I called back and spoke with the manager who ended up comping our meal. I also received a call from the owner of the red savoys and got a sincere apology, a promise of improvement, and a conformation that the order was refunded. After waiting for over 45 min for a take and bake and then watching someone walk in and place an order and have his order completed and out the door in 5 min. I asked for a refund as I would not wait any longer if they were going to process new orders before mine. The manager did not ask me why I was requesting a refund she just rudely tried to refund me all the while the other guy kept telling her my pizza was ready (he told her several times) but she told him no she is not getting pizza she is getting a refund. 15 more min later no pizza and no refund.
