Beautiful remodel but service is seriously lacking. I work in customer service and this was very disappointing. Employees are not overly friendly and not helpful in servicing their customers. I was in with my mom and aunt and we were not comfortable ordering from the self service screen. I understand this may be convenient and fun for some, but if I want to give my order to an employee, who is getting paid for doing a job, rather than clicking a screen myself that should be a choice. We were told we must punch in our order ourselves, rather than being waited on by an employee? They couldn’t be bothered to actually take someone’s order. They’re was no line. Not busy. Why have a service counter with registers if they are not put to use to service your customers? Wether it’s fast food or sit down, customers should receive a certain level of service and this place does...
Read moreStaff was amazing. Lady at front register that took my order had dark hair and short...really nice and sweet. The other person was an African American, tall, gentleman, great smile. He was running orders to drive through and i would assume a lead or manager. Everything there was great. And i was pleasantly surprised at the diversity of the staff. I was traveling across the country and it was good to see. But that's where the positive experience ends. Once i hit the freeway i reached into my bag for my food. BOTH the Mcdouble and the fish were cold. And whomever made the fish used a spatula that was in the mayo. I worked fast food for 20+ years and you just know when you lift the bun and where they put it on as they spread it across the bun it went from tarter to mayo and a mixture...

Went to the place at 10:30 (closes at 11) ask for ice cream they say the machine is already cleaned. I say don't you guys close at 11? They say yeah. I say I should be able to get ice cream then? All person on intercom says is "no". I say I dont want anything then and the person says okay rather rudely. You are better off going to the Mcdonalds in Avon. Tried to call management but no answer.
