customer service is the worst when it come to fixing a mistake. I order food for me an my staff. Drove to the Vail location from Avon to pick up my order. When I got to my location i noticed my order is incorrect. Call the store, 1st time no one answered the phone. Called back the 2nd time, a young girl answered the phone. I told her that i had placed an order and it was incorrect. She asked her manager to take my call but instead of taking my call i was told to call back in 10 minutes. So i waited 15 minutes to call back and when i did the manager told me to drive back so i can pick up my refund in cash. Why would i drive back to pick up my refund in cash when i paid with my card online. It so simple to just issue a refund on to my card. I was simple to charge my card but now its so hard for the employee to issue a refund. What kind of service is this. So finally i made it clear to the manager i need my refund done the way i paid for it, not cash. He told me that the refund could take up to 3 weeks to happen since they needed to contact the corporate office. I told him to do what he needed to do but i needed my refund on my card. Called needed with manager getting my number and he advise me his manager would call me back in the morning. not even 10 minutes late he called me that my refund was done. Read moreToday was our first time trying this chain and location (we are visiting from Texas). We chose this place because we thought it was similar to Chipotle (what we are accustomed to). We walked in and as true Southerns we spoke to the staff. NOT ONE PERSON spoke back. We stood there contemplating leaving. We decided to stay. I ordered a bowl and my guy a burrito. The person (I think her name is Ilda Gomez, that’s what she wrote on the bag of a pick up order we were grabbing also) was nasty. When asking for an item her response was an aggressive “WHAT??!!” and proceeded to speak in Spanish to her coworker. Not once did she smile. After spending $32.98 for a below average cold chicken bowl, cold beef burrito and chips and watered down queso, we should’ve followed our minds and walk out. My guy tried to justify her behavior towards us by saying maybe she’s upset with a coworker but that’s never an excuse to handle customers like she did us. She would roll her eyes at us and not even help us when we asked questions. They weren’t listening to anything we wanted on our food. The chicken was SO over cooked and burnt. My boyfriend wanted another meat because it was so burnt and they wouldn’t allow him to get another meat because it was already on his burrito. They were extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. The customer service was AWFUL. They were not only rude to us but other people line. I do not recommend coming here because they will treat you with disrespect and act like you are an inconvenience to them. We asked for queso and chips and they gave us a small side of queso, not the big one like it said on the menu. Think before coming here!! I could have had better service next door at McDonald’s...
