I went into Ace Hardware to ask if someone there could help me with a project I was needing something cut, and some grumpy rude and appeared to be a lazy old women I believe her name might have been Kat was absolutely horrible needs a lesson on customer service. She went off aggressively and would not shut up in explaining how they would never help with something like that instead of simply saying I’m sorry we can’t help. I needed a piece cut for an ac unit yes it was hard plastic and she yelled you don’t cut plastic when the manual clearly said cut if needed to fit. I don’t feel comfortable doing it myself so I went to see if I could get help with doing so. So after the bad experience at Ace I went to Home Depot and they did it with no problem. So much nicer experience than dealing with a grumpy ranting Women with 20 plus years there that still can’t provide kindness to customers or no when to stop rattling...

They had what I was looking for and also a great selection for a small town hardware store. When I called on the phone to ask about a bucket of drywall mud the fellow didn't even answer the phone saying that it was Ace Hardware. He just said yeah. When I asked four buckets of drywall mud he said yeah I think we sell them in little cans or something. Not great customer service for an Ace Hardware. He finally got somebody on the phone to help me and they were what I expect for an Ace...

The worst Ace and most unhelpful staff. Placed an online order at 12:00pm for pickup withing 1 hr. I arrived at 4:30pm and the staff says, oh yeah we don't have that and don't want to participate in online orders. I needed the weed whacker today and that's why I placed the order. They staff didn't care and said they don't look at the orders for online. Drive to Gypsum or Silverthorne if you need...
