Honestly, this is by far the worst subway I've ever been to bar none. Honestly the ingredients were not fresh, and made me extremely I'll not but 2 minutes after my second bite (I only took a second hoping it would be better than the first. Spoiler alert , it wasnt) the lady working was extremely rude to my family and I to the point of hostility, and took almost 40 minutes making very simple sandwiches. . The lettuce was slimy, and the steak was old. My husband got a teriyaki sub, and was completely disgusted because the chicken tasted like it had gone bad. We spent $40 to basically get food poisoning. The sandwich artist had her rude daughter running around, pushing us out if the way to get things, and the attached Qdoba was playing their music so loud it gave us all headaches. 0/10. If I could give less than 1 star, I totally would. You'd think with it being in such a beautiful mountain town, and such a high end plaza, it would reflect that with the food as well as the restaurant environment, but instead we were treated with appalling rudeness and sickening food. Honestly, do yourself a favor and avoid this place...
Read moreVery frustrating going to a restaurant to order and they can't speak English. I asked for salt and pepper and I got green peppers. I asked about their broccoli cheese soup and she didn't know what it was. She had to turn the sign around and look at it to figure out what I was talking about. I asked if they had any other kinds of soup and she gave me a blank stare. I gave up that quest and took the broccoli cheddar. I asked for a spoon for my soup and I got a blank stare, she had no idea what I was saying. I had to walk next door to Qdoba to get someone that spoke English and even then out of 4 employees only one spoke English. Come on people, this is America. How do you get a job in America if you can't speak English? So frustrating! Not to mention the place was filthy dirty. Will not be going...
Read moreI was visiting from Denver this weekend and decided to visit this particular subway. I would not reccomend. I'm an extremely nice person when it come to those working in the service industry. I have worked 15 years in all different types of customer service and can understand how tough it can be. The workers here spent the entire time I was in their store glaring at customers. I tried to smile, ask them how their day was just to be glared at and ignored. They even shot glares while we were eating which made us feel so uncomfortable we ended up leaving to eat in our cars. Next time I'm visiting Vail I will be sure not to pay this establishment another visit. I'd rather give my business to another establishment where it is not viewed as an...
