Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' — Restaurant in Valdosta

I placed my order around 7:30pm... waited about an hour and a half...still no order. So I decided to text my dasher... NO RESPONSE. About another 20 minutes or so later I go to cancel my order, but door dash said I would get a full refund if I went to pick up my own order. OBVIOUSLY I WANT MY MONEY BACK so I go to the restaurant to pick up my order. While pulling in there was a car suspiciously parked in the EXACT LOCATION where the maps said my dasher was. My husband goes in to pickup our order. As I'm scoping out the area, I see the manager walk from the side of that car WITH A BUFFALO WILD WINGS GO BAG to the side of the restaurant... he then walks back to that car again and finally is called inside by an employee to assess my order situation. The manager then wants to tell my husband that they NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER.( yet I was charged)That exact moment was when my husband realized that man had been eating OUR ORDER ($75 order) the only reason we know is because ol' buddy had LEMON PEPPER SEASONING ON HIS LIPS, CRUMBS ON HIS SHIRT and the smell of OUR CHEESE CURDS ON HIS BREATH!!! In the end I did not receive my order. Very disappointed. Will never order from this...

Buffalo Wild Wings never disappoints! The moment you walk in, the energy hits you — great vibes, amazing staff, and that unbeatable aroma of freshly sauced wings. The wings were crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor — I tried the Mango Habanero and Spicy Garlic, both were absolutely delicious. The sides were fresh, and the beer was perfectly chilled.

It’s also the perfect spot to catch a game — multiple big screens, great crowd, and fast service even during busy hours. The staff was super friendly and made sure everything was just right.
