Daylight Donuts — Restaurant in Valdosta

I have never had a bad experience at Daylight donuts until today. My husband and I pull to drive through window we wait for 10 minute. No one comes to the window we pull off and leave. I called back to see if there were a wait time the lady told me yes it's when I get finish with the customer inside. Now if I'm not mistaken its polite to at least let the people know I will be right with you they wont feel ignored. So like I said we left but I really want donuts so we went back and I decide to go in, make my order as well as ask for the manager. The lady inside says I am the manager do you want my boss number I said yes and of course she gave me the number to the shop, but at this point I'm really mad because the glove she had on she use it to write down the number then grabbed my donuts and not only that the rudest thing that was done I handed her my money she took my change and placed it on the counter instead of on my hand. I came by earlier this week for some cake donuts (which are my favorite) and they were burnt and crispy. I came back a couple days later and they did not have any at all! To make matters worse, I saw a woman in the kitchen coughing on the donuts! I contacted the manager and she was very nice and told me that she was not in charge of making the donuts. She gave me her boss’s number and i called them multiple times and they never returned my calls! I am now considering calling corporate..the bathrooms also looked very ran down, it’s like they stopped in the middle of renovating and it was very warm on the inside. I placed an order for a dozen donuts the day before I needed them. I gave them all my contact information and they told me it would be ready in the morning at 7:30. I arrived at the store to pick the order up at 7:30 and the store was very nasty. There were dust pans everywhere and trash all over the place. LEIGH answered the door and said they were closed all day due to difficulties. LEIGH was very rude- after letting me know the problem she shut the door in my face.
