Not sure what happened as this place was really good. Not anymore. I ordered a dining room set in either late Feb early Mar and was told that it was a popular set and that it would be on backorder until April. Thats cool with me and i totally understood. May rolls around and i received no phone call so i called them to inquire about the dining room set. I was told by the lady that answered that everytjing was in, but to she wanted my phone number to have the salesman call me to verify. 15 minutes later he called me and gave me a long story as to how hes been trying to call for 2 weeks and that my set was in. Awesome, i told him i would be in the following day to pick it up and he said he would mark it as sold. The following day i go to pick it up. I got the pick up paper and already knew what happened before it was told to me. When i went to the back the salesman told me the bad news that the table was "accidentally" sent back 15 minutes afyer i had called and he forgot to call me and tell me. I called them at 315 pm and they close at 5 and open early on saturday and i didnt arrive until 1 pm. He forgot that whole time. He then informed me that the table wouldnt be back until wednesday. So, i asked about deluvery being that i and several others went out of our way to be there to move this ourselves and he said delivery would be $100, but he could do it for $80. Really, i already know your delivery is $80. So i told him that i am cancelling my order since he didnt even try to get the table returned. No phone call to surrounding Badcokcs or any attempt to make me happy after they messed up. The manager didnt even seem to care either. I will definitely not be going to the Valdosta...

I have been a customer for a very long time. My recliner finally broke after having it for many years, also bought at Badcock. I looked at a few stores and found chairs I really liked. All were about the same price. I came in, and Jason took me back to look at the recliners. All priced like everywhere. We found one that just came in. They are having a 10% off sale for a certain amount and above, you get the 10% off. My chair didn't reach that point. We got a 3 year extended warranty added that gave me the 10% off and ended up costing $13 above the cost of the chair with the discount. I now have a very nice recliner, with a great warranty because Jason took the time to get me the best deal. All of the other stores never offered any discounts or sales. Badcock is a great place to go, especially this location. They'll also help build your credit if you need that. Go see Jason. He'll take care of you. I didn't get the delivery. I also want to make sure the 2 gentlemen that helped load my recliner, one older and one younger. Both were very nice and made me feel appreciated as a customer. Almost as much as I appreciated their help and just being friendly. My wife and I ordered a washer and dryer set from them. The dryer ended up having a whining noise to it and didn't dry the clothes at all. It only put out a small amount of heat. The store worker seemed pretty adamant that my wife and I were just stupid and didn't know how to work the dryer. (this is a regular dryer, nothing fancy) . They had a repairman call me and he told me that he could hear the whining noise and that the dryer was basically no good. He instructed us not to use it. The lady sent the delivery drivers to bring us a new one. Two black guys delivered it, ( the same two who brought the original one). One of the black guys seemed very adamant that the dryer worked considering it was putting out a little heat, I told him it didn't work and that I already talked to the repairman. He told us multiple times that we were the reason it didn't work and that we would have the same problems with the new dryer because we didn't put the hose on correctly. ( He is the same guy who put it on the first place.) Will not be doing business with Badcock again considering the sold us a bad dryer that had to be replaced, and then there staff and delivery men blamed us as if we are just stupid and don't know how to...
