This was, by far, THE WORST experience I've ever had, at a CFA establishment. Order was taken, promptly, taker was very friendly and undestanding of what I wanted. That was the end of a good visit. From there, even given a reputation for being slow, this was a bit longer than usual, for any CFA. A guy ordered, just before me, then another, a out 7 minutes after. So, we are #1, #2 and #3. Meanwhile, back line enployees are filling orders right up to the time they need to clock out and are doing so, while filling their OWN orders, before leaving. There's this poindexter girl, (looking like Harry Potter's dad had a fling with a skinny black housekeeper and she is the result!) holding a clipboard asking people had they been helped. I replied as well as #2, saying yes. #3, who had stepped out as soon he ordered and then right back in says "yea, but I don't know if they called my name" and gave his name. She goes off to check, which was a no. More time passes and I see bags come from the kitchen area to the backline, up front. Cutting tomthe chase, my order sat until.the food got cold, and as the Harry Potter-girl was busy attending to #3, who had walked away, AGAIN and returned saying the same thing and this time, got hos food, got, straight out of the kitchen. Meanwhile, I get mine, one of the bags that came out 10 minutes ago, without everything I ordered and PAID FOR! Being a commercial driver, on a DOT time clock and parked in a turning lane, risking a ticket because I drove 5 miles out of my way, just to have some CFA, I didn't ha e time to check the bag, before leaving and get down the highway and discover I've been hosed! The person that completed my order even read the ticket and asked the order-taker what was supposed to be in my bag and she told him, yet the imbecil failed to put it in the bag! Meanwhile, #1 is STILL waiting and his order was not a huge or special order! What are we doing, in this freakin' place???? I will NEVER rerurn to this place. My time and my money are too valuable to be mishandled and mistreated. Could have gone elsewhere and spent less than the $14.00 I spent for a 1 person meal and would have gotten everything I paid for! ...
Read moreTime and time again, I am disappointed by Chickfila - North Valdosta. I frequently place catering orders, drive thru orders, and orders in person. On the most recent visit, I was picking up a catering order. Not only was the order late, but I was given the run-around to even pick up my order.
On Friday, December 7, I arrived at Chickfila at the "promised time" of 7:30AM to pick up my order. At the pick-up counter, I was instructed that I needed to go through the regular order line. Not a problem, I just had to wait a few extra minutes in that line. After receiving my receipt at the regular order line, I was instructed that it would be "just a few minutes". After waiting for 15 minutes past the "promised time" for my catering order, I ask to speak with the manager. The manager went to the kitchen and a few minutes later she came out with my catering order. I cannot believe I waited for 15+ minutes for an order that was already ready for pick up...
Honestly, I am annoyed that it took speaking with 3 Chickfila employees, 20 minutes, and a huge headache just to get my catering order. I don't normally complain, but this visit was very unpleasant. I am hesitant to ever place another catering order in the future because I'm not sure I should continue giving my time and money to a restaurant that does not deserve it.
A week later to this event, I ordered 7-8 meals from CFA. I was charged for everthing, but ended up having one entire meal missed from my bags. Not only was one order completely missed, but one of the salads ordered had MOLD on it! YUM.......I then had to drive back to CFA to get the meal that was missed and get a replacement salad. All in all, it took an entire hour out of my day to get the meals I intended.
I don't know if the owner has any idea of what's happening in his store, but I hope he finds out and makes changes.

Read moreComments: I placed a mobile order and prepared for pick up at the drive-thru. I spent 50 + dollars on this order. I received my food however when I arrived home my food was not in the bag. I immediately called and spoke with a manager, I expressed how my number one was not in the bag. The manager told me well if you come back up here we can prepare your order again, I asked the manager could I have someone to deliver my food given that I have already arrived home. He said "No we can't do that. He also stated will give you a refund for your food.
I was hungry, so I drove back to get my food. I asked could I have a few complimentary brownies for the inconvenience. The person at the drive through said " yes". Upon receiving my food, I NEVER received my refund as promised by the manager, furthermore the brownies were not complimentary and I paid for them.
Chick fil a mission statement says" We are here to serve" however during this visit, I was not served properly. I spend money here all the time only to be treated poorly, and disrespectfully. The customer service is poor, and some team members act like the customers are an inconvenience. After this experience, I will never revisit this chick fil a again. This is not the FIRST TIME something like this has happened. I will drive across town if I ever decide to eat here again.
