Worse McDonald's experience ever. While waiting on drive through order I went in to use rr. Bathroom was unsanitary and unclean. Having flies flying around you while trying to use the bathroom is extremely disgusting. When I came out, the female manager was arguing with another customer when I walked in and was still arguing when I walked out to wait in car for order. It took over 20 minutes to get food order "correct" for drive through order. When food was brought out, two things were still missing! (The receipt image was taken after seeing that two items were STILL missing.) I walked back in to get the two items. A worker was eating an open box of chicken nuggets in her left hand as another customer was ordering. About 4 workers were talking/laughing and carrying on. One was only cleaning off tables and working. The same female (guess the manager) was rude at first. Two male workers said that the fish sandwich was not dropped so it had not been made yet. I did not want to wait any longer as it was midnight by now. I requested for a refund. The female manager was unprofessional about it. She was given a bag and she said here is your sandwich. I told her I thought the chicken had not been dropped yet. Was it fresh. She did not respond, but just asked if I wanted a refund. I said yes. She said, "Even if your sandwich is here?" I asked if it was fresh and she said yes. I took her at her word and walk out because I was beyond frustrated. But behind her back, one of the worker said no it wasn't. As I walked out all of the workers .... about 6, laughed and headed outside. As I was getting in the car, I saw two smoking out front by the time I got in my car. One was the female worker eating chicken nuggets behind the counter and the other was the female manager. There are workers out there with them as well. This definitely is unsanitary and I'm healthy. Definitely does not follow the USFDA rules and policy when it comes to Public Health. I just saw employees going back inside AFTER SMOKING WHILE ON THE CLOCK to take order never once washing their hands.
As I opened up our order in the car, I saw that one of the sandwiches was not made right. Even the bread was upside down!! Literally, the top bread was not even placed correctly. I was beyond flabbergasted at this point. Attached is the image. I also attached images of when they were smoking outside after my order.
The third set of image are ones of my fish sandwich. The top bread was smashed and "old-looking." The cheese was rubbery and dry. It did not even cover the entire fish sandwich. The bread was cold and the fish was cold. It appeared and look like it had been sitting there for a while.
I sent a letter to the manager but have not heard anything back. Will send one to corporate. There are other better or down restaurants in the area. Avoid this one and go to the other ones. We do not have...
Read moreTerrible. In-store dining, I ordered a Cheese burger Happy Meal and stepped back to wait for my number to be called. Meghan (shift leader or manager? Blue button down, no hat, wearing mask under her mouth and nose) was bagging orders, and yelling out the numbers of the orders as they were ready for pick up. No thank you. No eye contact. No "you're welcome"...she was just bagging orders and yelling numbers. Like a robot. When she threw a bag on the counter and yelled out "244!!!!" and walked away, a gentleman politely mentioned that there were four coffees on the order. Meghan, who had clearly forgotten the coffees, and was working on the next order (mine) rolled her eyes and loudly and condescendingly said, "they're coming, Sir!".
When she threw my bag of food on the counter and yelled "245!!!!" and walked away, I politely reminded her that I had a Coke, and would like some napkins and ketchup, she game me one napkin and one pack of ketchup. Really?? She placed the Coke on the counter and turned to walk away. When I politely mentioned that I needed a straw, I got the death stare, and Meghan threw a straw in my bag with a loud sigh to let me know how much of an inconvenience I was being to her.
