I had to repeat my order at the window 3 times (1 chili dog with only ketchup, onion, and chili and 1 slaw dog with only coleslaw) I guess the conversation inside was too good for the employee at the window to give me her full attention. I mean, I understand how important dramatic relationships outside of work can be 🙄 So I pull around to the next window and I have to wait longer than I thought I would to be greeted..... So when the girl finally opens the window and acknowledges me, I hear more of the conversation regarding how "maybe you & him are just meant to be" So my total was like $6.37. I hand her 2 $5's and have to wait a good 2 minutes before she can be bothered to give me my change. The window shuts again and it's another 5 minutes before I get my hot dogs - one of which is made completely incorrect. So now the time has come! She hands me my bag and I pull out of the driveway to make sure my order is correct. The slaw dog is correct, but my other hot dog is made with what looks like extra ketchup and mustard. So of course I pull back around to get what I ordered. So I sit there another 5 minutes and finally get my bag. (Not sure why it's taking so long - I'm the only person in line and there are about 8-10 employees inside) I open my chili dog and it looks like just cooked hamburger meat with chili seasoning on it. I leave at this point. Extremely frustrated so I call and speak with the manager. She says she's confused because the chili looks pretty good right now. So in an effort to be mature, I get her managers name (Erica) and I will be in touch with her first thing in the morning.

Read moreSo I have 3 instances where this specific zacadoos has upset me I had a lady at the front take my cash and not count it right when I handed her 5 she counted 4 forgetting about the extra 1$ I handed her after the 4$ the money was in a separate area but she made it more of my problem til someone offered to just pay so whatever I let that slide then the 2nd time Im in a rush want to grab a quick breakfast it's the holidays I'm hungry I call I say hey I know y'all stop serving breakfast at 11 it's 1055 I'll be there in like 6-7 minutes please save a breakfast cup for me I'll pay for it they flat out told me no yet another zacadoos across town could the 3rd instance was a mistake on their end I get home to basically receiving a piece of my order incorrect I call to say hey can I get the right item a speak with a man who basically apologizes and offers me either a free fries or a cookie I also heard him start to mention a drink but at the time I say fries I go back return the wrong item get my stuff and there's a cookie in there I DONT EAT COOKIES I hate them I'm not a desert type of person I ask hey I was supposed to get fries for the inconvenience but I changed my mind can I ask for a drink to be told no we only give cookies as an apology 🤦🏾♂️ if that was the case I would've just stayed home instead of being lied to to basically show up so now I'm upset my food is cold I threw away the cookie in the trash next door personally I don't feel like coming to this location anymore there are other zacadoos with better...
Read moreToday was my first time visiting zacadoos. Had a horrible experience at zacadoos today.as a first timer I sat in the long line reading over the menu anticipating my choices. After about 8 minutes I made it to the first window where I stopped and looked around to see if they even used thi is window, as there was none speaking on the speaker or greeting me at the window as I've experienced at other fast food restaurant like chick fil a. After about 5 more minutes I finally made it to a window where some one was greeting me . I proceeded to tell the man that I would like to try the breakfast in a cup and a small coffee. And with no hesitation he replayed well that is good but I'm going to need you to get back in line and place your order on the otherside because we cannot expect to keep these people waiting. Baffled I responded are you serious? And he replied yes go over there and get back in line......not really the best experience, probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. As a first I'm customer who is not aware of the process I believe things could have been handled much better. At no point did they ever consider the amount of time I spent in that line. Had there been an employee at the first window readily available to take my order there wouldn't have been even the slightest confusion.
