First, the hostess and a waiter were too busy talking to each other (not work related) to acknowledge the long line of customers forming waiting to be seated. Then our waitress took 10-15 minutes to just take our DRINK ORDER. Our waitress can be seen multiple times standing at the bar, which is directly next to our table, chatting up the bartender and avoiding her tables. Another ~10 minutes later she finally stops avoiding our table to get our food orders. The food takes an additional 25 minutes to arrive, and the salads and appetizers all come out at once (it doesn’t take that long to make a salad). At this point, we’ve tried flagging her down multiple times for refills and she blatantly ignores us and walks past (she didn’t even give us her name by the way). Our entrees arrive and we kindly ask again for refills, she acknowledges, walks to the back kitchen, and we don’t see her again for another 15 minutes. Meanwhile, we see all of her other tables waiting for her service only to be left hanging. We’re nearly done with our meals, which by the way at least one order was totally wrong, before we’re able to get her attention for our refills. We hear another customer talking to the manager about her own awful experience and then the manager chats up the waitresses and says some choice words about said customer. We finish our meals, pay the bill (no tip for shoddy customer service), and leave. In summary: staff sucks and ignores you; would rather chat with each other than do their job food is bland and tastes like it was pre-frozen and prepared in a microwave you might die of thirst waiting on a refill

Read moreHorrible costumer service at the Vallejo Apple Bee’s. We were told it would be 15 minutes to sit our party of 11 (6 adults, 1 teenager, 1 toddler, and 3 children under 10). We waited for 20 minutes only to be told that it would actually be a 45 minute wait to sit our party. There was plenty of tables and booths available. We asked if we could be seated in two different tables. They agreed. Then 15 minutes later the hostess says that per her manager, we could not be seated in two different tables. According to the manager our party of 11 couldn’t be seated in two tables because it only sits 10 people. We asked that our toddler could sit on our lap and he said that it is illegal to do that, according to their policy. Are you kidding me??? Five minutes later the hostess says that those tables are no longer available. Even though they were empty. Pretty much we are getting lied to. The hostess comes back and says that per her manager our “ONLY” option is to wait for another hour to be seated to accommodate our party. I replied with, “I had wished you all would have said that in the first place and we would have left to another restaurant.” The manager was extremely rude and it seemed as we were wasting his time. When I said we are leaving a poor review, his answer was, “go ahead.” Instead of a, I apologize for this inconvenience bla bla bla. Never going to this Apple Bee’s again. We decided to go to Olive Garden and had excellent costumer service, $400 well spent. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time and money at the Apple...
Read moreIt was probably one of our worst dinning experience. The wait staff was rude and not very attentive to our needs. After ordering our food it took a little over 30 minutes to get the items. Since we had 3 kids with us the wait was a very trying time for all. At one point the server came to our table and informed us that the food was sent to the wrong table. When the food arrived, it was cold and very unappetizing. The kids complained that the french fries were cold and just tasted like a glob of grease. For my order, I requested hot french fries. My dinner arrived minus the fries and ws informed that they were being cooked. Now I am sitting with my order and a decison to make: go ahead and eat the dinner along with everyone else or wait for the fries. Well, they did arrive after I had finished my dinner. Getting refills for the drinks was very challenging. In fact my wife ordered another glass of wine and it did not arrive until after we received the bill. She declined the glass and the server became very defensive. When the bill arrived, I saw that I was charged for 3 glasses of wine even though we only got one. If I did not look the bill over I would never have caught the error. After pointing out the error, it was corrected. Probably you are thinking why didn't you complain to the manager? Since we had a long drive ahead of us and certainly did not want to spend any more time (over 1and 1/2 hours) at the restaurant, we just...
