Put in my order for curbside pickup at 6:10. It told me 5-10 min for prep for it to be ready. I arrived after a 10 hour shift at work at 6:18. I tapped the button to let them know I was here. 6:50 I still didn't have my food. 6 other cars came and went and got their food, 30+ cars made it through the drive thru, but my sandwich and fries still weren't ready. I went in at 6:55 and the line didn't move for another 10 minutes and there were no employees to be seen outside of the kitchen, until a "shift lead" comes by and runs another bag of food out to get another car that had only just parked a few minutes earlier. I got his attention and told him my issue and he said "we're all waiting on the food" after I told him my name, despite seeing bags and bags of food piled up behind the counter the entire time, none of which were mine. This is unacceptable. Watching 5+ bags, huge grocery sized bags going out to cars that just pulled up and parked while my small order has taken nearly an hour at this point(7 pm I am posting this) and I still don't have my food.
Update: I asked another employee how long it would be, he asked my name and checked the bags, mine was sitting right behind the counter for the last 20 minutes. He said "they couldn't find you" I was parked directly in front of the door, with my flashers going as instructed, in the car described on the app. I couldn't park in the spaces out front labelled for curb side pickup since they were all full of people going inside and they don't enforce the parking rules here. On July 5th my family made a drive thru purchase and took it home to eat, when I found a piece of metal in my fries. It looked like it was a piece of a fry basket of something, because the metal had sharp edges on the ends. I immediately filled out a report online and was told I would be contacted by the Vallejo store within 2 business days. After 2 business days I hadn't gotten a call so I followed up. Still nothing. I waited over a week before following up again and the corporate CA worker told me the owner should have called me. After what I assume was forced by corporate, Ignacio paid me a call to let me know that "this has never happened before." Either Ignacio thought I was a liar or he was just blatantly not concerned that his restaurant served a piece of metal in their food. He didn't even care to hear more or see photos. He let me know that the best he could do for me was refund the singular meal that was affected, but I would have to come to the store with the affected food. Umm it's been 12 days? Perhaps if I would have gotten a phone call within the 2 business days promised, I might have still had the stale fries on my counter. I did say that I still have the piece of metal if he wants to see it, but he didn't care. It was honestly laughable that I was refused an over the phone refund, or even a credit to my CFA account. Chic FIL a employee wanted a customer to give him his phone and delete the picture employee was demanding and was rude. That customer did not do anything. I know the person that took the picture and so did the employee at chic FIL a. Management there was not forth coming at all disappeared and did not want to talk to me or the customer being accused. Management refused to apologize and give the customer his money back for an embarrassment of being accused for taking a picture that he did not do. I left my contact information and when I was called an Ignacio that introduced himself as a Team Leader would not give me his last name and refused to give the directors name that I personally spoke with at the store and would not let me talk to her. Still refused to even give me his last name after I asked multiple times and was eventually hung up on. Action needs to take place, dont accuse any customer and tell them to give up their cell phone to them specially a customer that did not do anything. Check your cameras.
