I am so upset and angry at the service I had last night I went to the Jack in the Box went through the drive-thru and the lady who is taking our order wasn't courteous when we asked ordered our food she didn't ask if we wanted small medium or large she did ask if we want a curly fries or regular fries and by the time we did our order and went up there the order was messed up and the lady was rude so she gave us curly fries and we wanted one of regular fries and and she said I don't want to make you take orders through the window she went and she said well you'll have to pay the difference she charged us $2.70 for the curly fries which they are only $0.40 and when we were leaving before we left my friend asked for a water with no eyes she gave us a water with us so when we were leaving he threw that water up against the window she opened up her the sliding window and threw a huge full coke with ice in his face he got on his phone it got inside the car they got everywhere so then we took off when we got home and we looked at or sandwiches they were only one piece of meat they should have been to there is no lettuce no tomato no sauce nothing was just a plain hamburger with two pieces of bacon on one the other one was just one hamburger with a happy tomato and I'm really mad I'm going to bring the sandwich back I didn't eat it so I'm going to bring it back and talk with the manager this morning and that's what I think of Jack in the Box that is a Jack In The Box on Admiral Callaghan in...
Read moreThis is more of a complaint but I'm extremely disappointed by what happened the other day at this location! I sent my 10yr old son inside because he said he had to urinate badly. It was extremely hot these past few days hitting 111 in Vallejo so he'd been drinking a LOT of water.
I told him to run inside to use the restroom. He quickly came back out looking confused and frustrated. I asked him what's wrong & did he go potty. He said the employee @ the register wouldn't allow him to use it without paying for something!! Needless to say as a parent i was VERY upset & surprised that a CHILD who is hardly old enough to HAVE a job to have money to spend TO USE the restroom was denied access.
I went inside & spoke to the cashier as calmly as possible with $2 i mustered up quickly & speed her why a 10yr old child had to pay to pee. She shrugged her shoulders & just looked indirectly at me nervously. I was VERY polite but clearly frustrated. I handed her $2 for a soda THEN she let him in. THEN THE SELF SERVE SODA MACHINE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE 90% OF THE OPTIONS IT SHOWED! She LITERALLY had to take my cup behind the counter & fill it herself with basic Sprite. VERY disappointed in this place. I understand the problem with homeless people in the area... But denying a CLEAN CHILD the access to urinate...petty & inconsiderate...

To the point, watch their charging for items that are not on the board.(ex: $1 extra for grilled chicken in chicken salad, yet it's not on the board and the Order taker doesn't advise U)
It's "False Advertising" nd when U get a person tht represents a Mgr that doesn't want to give U YOUR money bck (arent we in a Pandemic and U hv 5 to feed?)for THEIR mistake is not going to be "tasteful" to me.
U can't go inside to speak to anyone (again Pandemic) and the "Mgr"? tells them to slam the window bc she's refusing to write the Mgr's name/number on their faded sales receipts and going online is a "joke", bc it's a franchise not Corporate.
