Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Vallejo

I came here in high hopes since i' ve always gone to the mountain mikes by target. I saw they had better reviews but was sadly disappointed. The staff as soon as we walked in were stairing at my children. We asked if we could eat there since i didnt want to take my kids to eat in the car. Great sat down and did my order. They dont offer to use most coupons online for their store and dont have coupons more than $5 off 2 pizzas so i should've ordered online and saved cash. There werent other people coming in until we almost left. Our food took extra long but it was good. We were there for nearly 45 min mostly waiting for our food. The man screamed at me who handed me my bread order and gave me dirty look stairing at me until he reached the rear of the store. I was like what is his problem. I just packed up our items and said thankyou and left. My children were just sitting on their phones so i dont know why he screamed at me but i will not return to this location. The people who came in after me were complaining they were taking too much time for their orders. Just all around disappointed since they werent busy i didnt get their rudeness. They dont carry most of the appitizers they offer which...

It was the first time I ordered food here. There was a slight mistake on my order that I didn't catch until I got home. I called to ask if they would be able to correct it and what could be done about the already touched food. I didn't want them thinking I was trying to give trouble and receive a refund or something like that. My youngest sibling just won't eat pizza unless there is pepperoni in it. She'll pick off the things she doesn't like but won't eat unless there is pepperoni. They kindly told me I could keep the wrong order and pick up a new pizza in 20 minutes with no issues. They even thanked me for not calling them all angry and demanding for a refund. So very kind! I worked retail and I know how horrible people get when they want things their way, so I always politely ask for help. Though, if they give me attitude first I don't hesitate to retaliate. So, all in all, had a wonderful experience with them and loved the food. Would definitely recommend it and order...

The worse MM Restaurant ever! No real cutlery, only plastic. No napkins or Parmesan cheese on any of the tables. Their salad bar barely had any real vegetables, the most sorry looking salad bar I’ve ever seen. I asked for a cup of water, they gave me a small foam cup. Oh but their prices aren’t any cheaper. And it takes them a long while to get your pizza ready. Most mountain Mikes restaurants I’d visited are much better than this place. Lowest standards! Go somewhere else!

Or addendum to my story: I was Sick Al night throwing up with Food Poisoning! I’m sure it was the Salad Bar! I realized I didn’t see any ice on the table, which you’re supposed to have to keep food fresh! I stayed home from work today. Oh my goodness PLEASE, don’t go to this place!
