Dunkin' — Restaurant in Valley

Second in drive-thru line to order a donut. I sat in line for 5 minutes before I could order and no I've been sitting in line for 15 more minutes and I haven't even used the window. The doors are locked so I can't go in and order over the counter. Waiting in line for 20 minutes at a drive-thru it's ridiculous to say the least. I believe this restaurant will be shut down within a month or two. You're betting 100 percent wrong order. I ordered two lemon-filled glazed donuts and I got one jelly filled donut and one white cream filled donut. I wasn't about to wait another 30 minutes to get two more wrong donuts. I don't think this place is going to last another 30 days. Frustrated and aggravated because I change scraped up all the change I had to get my favorite donut just to leave the line to find out I had two completely...

Everytime I order, I use the app and pay with my card. Everytime I did not get my full order. I had to tell them everything I ordered to receive it. 1st time I got a drink a dozen donuts and 2 pastries. I was given my drink and told to have a nice day. I wouldn't spend $26, on just a drink, where is my stuff. So I explained what I needed and showed them my order on my phone, I was given the 2 pastries, but not my 12 donuts. I gave up since I had to be at work soon. Another time I ordered a refresher, and a brownie donut and apple fritter and hash browns,when I arrived I was told they dont sell the refreshers at this location (shouldn't be an option on app then) so I was refunded my drink and handed a brownie. Didn't order a brownie, and didn't get my other things. Tried ordering a few times after but same...

I ordered a croissant breakfast sandwich and an apple fritter. I was immediately told they were out of croissants, so I asked for an English muffin sandwich. When I got to the drive-thru window, I was informed they were out of apple fritters. I settled for a Bismarck donut, paid and left. Down the road, several miles, I opened my sandwich and it was on a bagel! I don't like bagels but I will eat one; however, this bagel tasted horrible. The egg was very overcooked and the sausage was bland and tastless. I didn't even eat but a couple of bites before deciding it was too tasteless to eat. I fed some of it to my dog, but she wouldn't even eat it all. I was very disappointed in my purchases and the cost was quite high considering I didn't even get a drink. No wonder their drive-thru line...
