Service has gone downhill here. Brynn was my drive-thru cashier tonight and couldn't be bothered to answer the headset correctly but rather wanted to finish the conversation she was having in the restaurant. Once I placed my order, she repeated it incorrectly. I corrected her and pulled forward. After waiting more than 10 min to get to the window, I was given a low total, so I again corrected my order with her. She asked me to park because they needed to make more fries. I parked my car and went inside the lobby to request my order be remade so it would all be hot when I got home instead of only the one fry. Brynn didn't seemnto.lole that I was making her do her job right or that I corrected her. When I asked for a manager, brynn told me she was one and the assistant manager was behind the sandwich station. But the assistant manager never came out from her station to assist me or brynn. The two of them continued to discuss me and the fact that I was being difficult. I asked for regional manager information and was told they don't have access to that information. Brynn and the other employee were very unprofessional during this interaction. Another customer in the lobby was ignored the entire time I was there. He was there to pick up a delivery order that had been sitting on the counter at least as long as I was there so I'm sure that customer...
   Read moreUpdate Oh my goodness. I'm not sure where to begin. It was the worst food ever from Arby's. Went in to get beef and cheddar fries and soft drink, I presented my coupon for2 for 14 something the kid ring it up and it come to 12 something,I ask why he says our register dosent have that coupon in it yet so he gave us some other discount. We went to get our sodas, and the spouts to the pop machines were not on all the way, so it was spraying so all over the place. So I told what I assumed was the young manager about it , she said ok. We went to find a seat (there were only 2 tables being used), but the rest was filthy. We got them to clean us 1 this place was not busy at the time, but the employees seemed lost. Then we got our food the fries were very cold the sand which was not a beef and cheddar ,no we did not return it we just wanted to be done and outta there. This was the time frame of 9/ 1 to the 3rd of 2023. So very disappointing. I used to love Arby's, wish they would bring back potato cakes also.    Read moreUsed to be a real treat when coming back from a trip to Portland, but between the wafer thin patties on their chicken sandwiches, higher prices, generally poor attitude and argumentative staff, filthy and littered exterior of the building being very much not maintained at all, plus the fairly large and growing homeless encampment not 100 feet from the location... it's a very unpleasant experience to say the least.
I have to wonder if both locations in Vancouver are owned by the same people, as the both have the same severely run down appearance, and oddly both have some serious issues with potholes in the pavement around the buildings creating some major hazards...
Also, I know the homeless problem isn't their fault at all, but when you are stopped at the last light before you can get off the road and into their driveway, and someone on the sidewalk is screaming and throwing things at cars while another pair of people are shooting up just off the sidewalk sitting in the dirt while you wait for the light to change, it's pretty hard to feel even a little safe...
